Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は集合シユートに関するものである。
フレーム上に円周状に配置された複数の秤量機
から排出される被計量物をその下方で収集して排
出するものとしては、所謂、漏斗状の集合シユー
トがあるが、かかる集合シユートは、フレームで
囲まれた中央部に配置せざるを得ないので、装置
フレームからの取り外しが難しく、特に、被計量
物が食品である場合には、日々の洗浄が不可欠と
なるので、容易に脱着できる集合シユートが要望
されていた。
この考案は、装置フレームに対し、シユートを
簡単且つ容易に脱着できる集合シユートを提供す
ることを目的とする。
以下本考案を図面に示す実施例にしたがつて説
明すると次の通りである。
図面において、１はフレーム２にブラケツト３
及び４を介して取付けた逆円錐台形状の下部シユ
ート、５は集合シユートで、この集合シユート５
は放射状に且つ内側方向に向かつて下り傾斜に配
置した複数の単体シユート６から構成されてお
り、各単体シユート６の外側端部６ａの上方所定
位置には各秤量機の計量ホツパー（図示省略）が
１個又は複数個設けられている。上記単体シユー
ト６は両側に所定形状をした側壁７を有している
と共に、その中間部分の裏面には先端に係止穴８
を有し且つＬ字型に折曲形成したブラケツト９が
固設されている。そうして、各単体シユート６
は、その中間部分に固設したブラケツト９の係止
穴８を前記フレーム２の上面に各単体シユート６
に対応させて突設した取付ピン１０に嵌め込むと
共に、内端部位６ｂを下部シユート１の上部開口
縁１ａに載置することにより、フレーム２の上面
部と下部シユート１の上部開口縁１ａとの間に橋
架固定し、上述の如く放射状に且つ内側方向に向
かつて下り傾斜に設けられている。尚、上記単体
シユート６の内側端部６ｂは適宜の手段で下部シ
ユート１に係止させておくのが好ましく、例えば
単体シユート６の内側端部６ｂの裏面には係止ピ
ン（図示省略）を突設すると共に、下部シユート
１の所定部位には上記係止ピンに対応させて係止
穴（図示省略）を形成し、そして単体シユート６
の係止ピンを下部シユート１の係止穴に嵌入係止
させて固定する。
而して、集合シユート５を計量装置に装着する
場合は、各単体シユート６に固設されたブラケツ
ト９の係止穴８をフレーム２上面の取付ピン１０
に嵌め込むと共に、その内側端部６ｂを下部シユ
ート１の上部開口縁１ａに載置し或いは上述した
係止ピンと係止穴（いずれも図示省略）とで係止
固定して、各単体シユート６をフレーム２の上面
部と下部シユート１の上部開口縁１ａとの間に着
脱可能に橋架固定し、放射状に且つ内側方向に向
かつて下り傾斜に設けて逆円錐台形状の集合シユ
ート５を構成する。また清掃等を行なうため集合
シユート５を取外したい場合は、単体シユート６
の内側端部６ｂを下部シユート１の上部開口縁１
ａより離反させると共に、ブラケツト９の係止穴
８を取付ピン１０より抜脱せしめて、順次単体シ
ユート６を計量装置より取外せばよい。
以上説明したように、本考案は、フレーム上部
に円周状に配置された複数の秤量機にて計量又は
計数された被計量物をその下方で収集して排出す
る集合シユートを被計量物の流下方向で複数個に
分割し、その分割された各単体シユートにフレー
ムに対する着脱可能な係止手段を設けたので、各
単体シユートをフレームから簡単且つ容易に脱着
することができる。したがつて、食品を扱う場合
でも、シユートの洗浄が容易になり、しかも、取
り外した各単体シユートは、嵩張らないので、取
り扱いが容易になる等の効果がある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フレームの上部に円周状に配置された複数の秤
    量機から排出される被計量物をその下方で収集し
    て排出する集合シユートであつて、該集合シユー
    トを被計量物の流下方向で複数個に分割し、その
    分割された各単体シユートにフレームに対する着
    脱可能な係止手段を設けたことを特徴とする集合
    シユート。
