The present invention relates to novel trisazo compounds and trisazo dyes. Conventionally, when dyeing cellulose fibers, reactive dyes are used, and in the presence of acid binders such as sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, and sodium hydroxide, and electrolytes such as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate, at a pH of 10 or higher, The method used is to perform the process at a temperature of 100°C or less. However, in recent years there has been an increase in demand for blended fabrics of cellulose fibers and other fibers, especially polyester fibers, and in order to dye such cellulose/polyester mixed fibers (hereinafter simply referred to as C/P fibers), cellulose It was necessary to apply dyes and dyeing conditions to fibers and dyes and dyeing conditions to polyester fibers, respectively. This is because the dyes and dyeing conditions for dyeing polyester fibers are significantly different from those for cellulose fibers. That is, in order to dye polyester fibers, it was necessary to use disperse dyes and dye at a temperature of about 130°C. For example, if the C/P fibers mentioned above were to be dyed in the same process, two different dyes would be used in combination of a reactive dye and a disperse dye, which would cause several problems. It was hot. For example, in order to sufficiently dye reactive dyes on the cellulose fiber side, it is necessary to use an acid binder to raise the pH to 10 or more, and the presence of an acid binder promotes the decomposition of disperse dyes, causing the polyester fibers containing disperse dyes to Dyeing on the sides is insufficient. On the other hand, in order to dye disperse dyes on the polyester fiber side, high temperature conditions (usually 130°C) are required, but the high temperature under the above-mentioned high pH promotes the hydrodispersion of the reactive dye and transfers it to the cellulose fiber side. The dyeing will be significantly inhibited. Therefore, when dyeing such C/P fibers, a two-bath method is generally used in which one fiber of cellulose or polyester is dyed and then the other fiber is dyed in a separate bath. It becomes. An object of the present invention is to provide a trisazo compound that can dye cellulose fibers under the pH and dyeing conditions used when dyeing polyester fibers with disperse dyes. That is, the present invention provides general formula [] (In the formula, M represents a hydrogen atom or an alkali metal, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, or a sulfonic acid group, and R 2 and R 4 represent a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group. , represents an acetylamino group or a sulfonic acid group, R 3 represents a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group or a sulfonic acid group, R 5 and R 6 represent a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, a methoxy group or a sulfonic acid group, z represents a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, an aliphatic or aromatic amino residue, a methoxy group or a phenoxy group, m represents 2 or 3, n represents 0 or 1, and benzene rings A, B and C may represent a naphthalene ring) and trisazo dyes. 色し、結果を第1表に示した。[Formula] (wherein R 5 , R 6 , z and n are the same as defined above) The following general formula is obtained by condensing a compound represented by the following in an arbitrary order in an aqueous medium [] A compound represented by the formula (wherein R 5 , R 6 , z and n are the same as defined above) is produced. Next, the trisazo compound of the general formula [] can be produced by coupling the disazo compound of the above [] with a diazonium compound diazotized in a water-acetic acid medium to the compound of the general formula []. can. The trisazo compound of the present invention thus produced can itself be used as a dye. Examples of fibers that can be dyed with the trisazo compound of the present invention include cellulose fibers such as cotton, viscose rayon, cuprammonium rayon, and hemp. Furthermore, cellulose fibers in mixed fibers such as polyester, triacetate, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide, wool, silk, etc. containing cellulose fibers can of course be dyed well. In the fiber dyeing method using the trisazo compound of the present invention, dyes necessary for dyeing non-cellulose fibers, such as disperse dyes listed in Color Index (3rd edition), etc. can be added to the dye bath at the same time for dyeing. When dyeing cellulose fibers using the trisazo compound of the present invention, for example, a trisazo compound represented by the above general formula [] and a buffer necessary to maintain the dye bath at pH 5 to 10 during dyeing. (For example, acids such as carbonic acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, citric acid, and sodium salts or potassium salts of these acids, singly or as a mixture, usually about 0.5 to 5.0 g/)
And electrolytes (usually 1 to 150g/about sodium chloride or sodium sulfate, etc.) as needed.
Good dyeing can be achieved by adjusting the added dye bath, adding cellulose fibers to this dye bath, and heating at a temperature of 100 to 150°C for 30 to 50 minutes. In addition, blended fabrics manufactured by adding other fibers such as polyester fibers to cellulose fibers,
In order to dye mixed woven and knitted fabrics, etc., a trisazo compound represented by the above general formula [] of the present invention and a disperse dye listed in the above Color Index are added to the dye bath to dye cellulose fibers. Polyester fibers can be dyed at the same time using a one-bath, one-step method. In addition, when dyeing blended fabrics, blended knitted fabrics, etc., as described above, a one-bath two-step method is used, in which one fiber is dyed and then the other fiber is dyed in the same bath, as has been conventionally adopted. Furthermore, a dyeing method using the trisazo compound of the present invention and a method for dyeing fibers other than cellulose fibers may be combined to dye cellulose fibers and other fibers from separate baths. It is also possible to adopt the bath method. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the method of the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples. Example 1 The following structural formula in free acid form 0.2g of trisazo compound shown by, 16g of mirabilite,
0.4 g of Na 2 HPO 4・12H 2 O as a buffering agent and
Add 0.1 g of KH 2 PO 4 to 200 ml of water and adjust the pH to 7. Add 10 g of unmercered line stockinette to the dye bath.
The temperature was raised to 120°C over several minutes, and dyed at the same temperature for 60 minutes, followed by washing, soaping, washing, and drying to obtain a greenish dark blue dyed product. The degree of dyeing of this dye was very good, and the dyed product obtained was extremely dense, and the light fastness, chlorine fastness, and sweat fastness to daylight were all good. The trisazo compound used in this example was produced by diazotizing and coupling 38.3 g of 2-naphthylamine-3,6,8-trisulfonic acid with 13.7 g of 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline in a conventional manner. The monoazo compound was further diazotized and coupled with 13.7 g of 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline in a conventional manner to form the following formula. A disazo compound represented by: On the other hand 1
-amino-8-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6-
31.9g of disulfonic acid and 18.5g of cyanuric chloride at 5℃
After condensation as follows, 28.1 g of 3-(β-hydroxyethyl)sulfonylaniline sulfate was
Shrink it at ~35℃ and use the following formula A diazo solution obtained by giazoting the disazo compound with a water-acetic acid system was added to the reaction solution, and the above trisazo compound was produced by coupling and salting out with potassium chloride. Example 2 Photostructure below in free acid form 0.2g of trisazo compound shown by, 16g of mirabilite,
0.5 g of Na 2 HPO 4 /2H 2 O as buffering agent and
Add 0.02 g of KH 2 PO 4 to 200 ml of water, add 10 g of unsilcered linen stockinette to the dye bath, raise the temperature to 130°C over 30 minutes, dye at the same temperature for 30 minutes,
A dark blue dyed product was obtained by washing with water, soaping, washing with water, and drying. This dyeing bath had a pH of 8 before and after dyeing. The dyed product obtained was extremely dense and had good light fastness, chlorine fastness, and sweat-sunlight fastness. The trisazo compound used in this example was 2-naphthylamine-4,8-disulfonic acid.
30.3g of 1-naphthylamine-7-sulfonic acid
The monoazo compound produced by diazotization and coupling with 22.3 g in a conventional manner was further diazotized and coupled with 2-methoxy-
Diazotized and coupled with 18.0 g of 5-acetylaminoaniline in a conventional manner to form the following formula. A disazo compound represented by: on the other hand,
23.9 g of 2-amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid, 18.4 g of cyanuric chloride and 3-
The following formula is a condensate with 28.1g of (β-hydroxyethyl)sulfonylaniline sulfate. This compound was diazotized and coupled with the previously produced disazo compound, and the reaction solution was spray-dried to produce the trisazo compound of this example. Example 3 The following structural formula in free acid form: 0.2g of trisazo compound represented by 0.2 g of monoazo dye shown by
Add 0.1 g of KH 2 PO 4 to 200 ml of water, add 10 g of blended fabric of polyester/cotton = 50:50, heat it to 130°C over 30 minutes, and dye at the same temperature for 60 minutes. After that, washing with water, soaping, washing with water, and drying were performed to obtain a dark blue dyed product with good same color property. This dyeing bath had a pH of 8 before and after dyeing. Furthermore, the dyeing property was very good, and the dyed product obtained was extremely thick and had good light fastness, chlorine fastness, and sweat-sunlight fastness. Note that the trisazo compound used in this example was 2-methoxy-5 used in Example 2.
-Produced in the same manner as in Example 2 except that 18.0 g of acetylaminoaniline was replaced with 13.7 g of 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline. Example 4 The following general formula was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1. The line cloth was dyed with the trisazo compound represented by the formula, and the results are shown in Table 1.
