着脱可能に接続する工作物取付具の流体供給着脱
装置において、 流体受部の受部基台に複数の連通穴が設けられ
、該連通穴によつて前記アクチユエータと接続す
る複数の流路が形成され、 受部基台の上記各連通穴の一端に第1のカプラ
構成部をそれぞれ連通可能に接続し、他端を前記
アクチユエータと接続可能に構成し、 受部基台の前記各連通穴内に弁室が設けられ、
且つ該連通穴内に流体を遮断するパイロツトチエ
ツク弁を組み込んで流体を断続可能とし、該各連
通穴に並列にパイロツト穴を設けて前記パイロツ
トチエツク弁がダブルパイロツトチエツク弁とな
るように構成し、 流体送り部の送り部基台に複数の連通孔が設け
られ、該連通孔の一端が流体源から分岐した複数
の流路とそれぞれ接続され、 送り部基台に設けられた前記各連通孔の他端に
は、受部基台に設けられた前記第1のカプラ構成
部と同一軸線上で対向し、嵌合時に連通する嵌脱
自在な第2のカプラ構成部を設け、 受部基台には前記第1のカプラ構成部の軸方向
