- 顕微フーリエ変換赤外分光光度計（以下顕微Ｆ
Ｔ−ＩＲと記す）において、スペクトル測定試料
の観察用光学系及びスペクトル測定用光学系にそ
れぞれ近赤外領域の熱線を除去するためのフイル
タを着脱自在に設置したことを特徴とする顕微Ｆ
Ｔ−ＩＲの光学系。
