Claims (1)
- 三角光路共通パス干渉計及び空間フイルタ検出
器を用いたフーリエ変換型の干渉分光器において
、前記三角光路共通パス干渉計の可動ミラーの動
きに追随して前記空間フイルタ検出器の位置を可
変させる手段を設け、波長によるレンズの焦点距
離の違いを補正するようにしたことを特徴とする
フーリエ変換型干渉分光器。
