Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 それぞれ熱検知対象物及び放熱体に近接配置さ
れる温接点及び冷接点を有し、温接点と冷接点の
間の温度差に応じた電圧を出力する熱起電力素子
と、 前記温接点及び冷接点にそれぞれ被着され絶縁
性及び熱伝導性を有する熱接触板と、 熱接触板の表面に形成され弾力性及び熱伝導性
を有する樹脂層と、 を備え、 熱検知対象物の温度を放熱体との温度差に応じ
た電圧として検知し、樹脂層により温接点及び冷
接点と熱検知対象物及び放熱体とを密に熱伝導性
接触させることを特徴とする熱起電力型温度セン
サ。
