アフラムと、 該センタダイアフラムを挟持するボデイと、 該ボデイに前記センタダイアフラムを挟んで設
けられた第１、第２測定室と、 前記ボデイの側面に設けられ該ボデイとシール
室を構成するシールダイアフラムと、 前記第１、第２測定室と前記シール室とを連通
する連通孔と、 前記第１、第２測定室の側壁に絶縁材を介して
それぞれ設けられ前記センタダイアフラムと静電
容量電極を構成する電極と、 前記シールダイアフラムに対向して設けられ該
シールダイアフラムと導圧室を構成するカバーフ
ランジと、 該カバーフランジをそれぞれ前記ボデイにねじ
どめする少なくとも８個のボルトと、 該ボルトに基く締付け力が前記センタダイアフ
ラムに影響を及ぼさないように該ボルトに対向し
