Abstract

PURPOSE:To grip a wire easily by a method wherein stuck parts and separated parts are alternately provided with a predetermined interval in a multilayer belt which is woven with synthetic fibers and has a small width and the belt is wound around the wire by inserting both the ends of the belt through the separated parts of the sidse opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer belt 1 having a small width is woven with synthetic fibers such as nylon fibers, polyester fibers or aramid fibers. Stuck parts 2 and separated parts 3 are provided in the belt 1 with a predetermined interval and belt arms 4 having lengths equal to or different from each other are provided on both the ends of the belt 1. The belt 1 is folded at its center part and wound around a wire 6 by inserting both the belt arms 4 through the separated parts 3 of the sides opposite to each other. The end of the belt arms 4 are fixed to the wire 6 with an adhesive tape 7. With this constitution, the wire is gripped easily by light-weight members only without being damaged. This wire grip is suitable for gripping wires during extension construction of a transmission line.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a grip for a linear object, and can be used in intermediate positions of electric wires, wires, etc. when a lightweight structure that is easy to install and remove is desired. It relates to a wrap grip for tensioning or holding the distal end.

(Conventional technology and issues) Conventionally, when suspending power transmission line extension work midway through, in order to prevent the wires from falling into the spans on both sides due to wind, etc. It was intended to be connected and fixed to. The means for this purpose was to use a wedge-type gripping tool called a come-along 5, as shown in FIG. This method has the risk of damaging the surface of the wire with the wedge, is heavy and difficult to handle, and could pose a danger to ground workers if it slips. Additionally, if the electric wire moved during the installation of the come-alongs on both sides of the metal wheel, the come-alongs could collide with the metal wheel and cause damage.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, instead of using a wedge type to grip the electric wire, a gripping device called a grip is formed of a soft fiber belt, and the belt is made of a double structure. An overlapping part and a separated part are provided at a predetermined interval, and when wrapping an electric wire, etc., by inserting the other belt through the separated part and crossing each other, the electric wire, etc. is tightly gripped, and the stronger the bow tension load, the tighter the gripping force. This solves the problem by increasing the strength of the product, ensuring that it does not loosen, reducing weight, maintaining strength, and improving operability.

Furthermore, by using a flexible structure, it can be widely used with various types of electric wires having different diameters.

(Example) In an example of the present invention, a two-layer multilayer belt is constructed using synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, and aramid. Overlapping portions 2 made of one sheet and separated portions 3 consisting of two sheets are alternately arranged at predetermined intervals of the multiplex belt, and a plurality of overlapping portions 299 are formed on both sides of an arbitrary overlapping portion 2. The configuration is such that belt arm portions 4 of the same length or different lengths having a separation portion 3 are arranged. In use, for example, the above-mentioned intermediate polymerized portion 2 is placed on a predetermined intermediate position of an electric wire, etc.
are arranged, and are pulled through each other from the tips into the separated portions 3 of both belt arm portions 4, and knitted as shown in Fig. 5. The tips of both belt arm portions 4, which are extra length, are fixed to the electric wire with a grip member such as tape. The intermediate overlapping portion forms a ring-shaped hanging portion by being pulled, and the stronger the force applied to the hanging portion, the greater the force pressing the belts overlapped at the mutually separated portions, and the greater the wire gripping force. It is something that can be done.

In this example, the synthetic fiber belt was configured to have overlapping parts and separating parts at predetermined intervals from the weaving stage, but as another example, two synthetic fiber belts could be sewn at predetermined intervals to create overlap parts. Providing a separation section also has the same effect.

In addition, as another example, the double belt strength of the polymerizing belt is configured to be weak, and if a tensile force exceeding a predetermined value is applied and even one part of the polymerized part is cut, the use is stopped at that point.
In addition, the overlapping belts are colored differently, and when they are inserted into the separated part and crossed and knitted, they form a certain pattern, so that the insertion order and wrapping can be changed from side to side. More reliable gripping can be achieved by adopting a configuration in which the belt arm can be checked, and the spacing between the overlapping portion and the separated portion is dense at the tip of the belt arm and becomes coarser as it reaches the hanging portion, or vice versa. be.

又、第3図に示すように、ベルトアーム部を長短とし、

Also, as shown in Figure 3, the belt arm part is made long and short,
By arranging the separation part on the short side and making the long side into a normal belt shape, knitting becomes easy.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, by using the belt winding grip of the present invention, it is lighter in weight and has better operability than the conventionally used wedge-type gripping tool, and moreover, A linear object gripping tool that does not cause injury can be obtained, and work at heights can be performed safely and efficiently.
