の両ポート４，５間には前記ダイヤフラム１３の
動作に従つて両ポート４，５間を開閉するバルブ
２５を設け、そのバルブ２５にはバルブ開放時に
両ポート４，５間と大気とを連通させる連通孔２
７を設けたことを特徴とするフイードバツクパイ
ロツトレギユレータ。 ２ ダイヤフラム１６によつて区画されたダイヤ
フラム室１３の２つの区画室１３ａ，１３ｂと連
通するポート４１，４３をハウジング３に設けた
