図は一般的な複写機のコントロールを行う制御装
置の構成を示すブロツク図、第５図は従来の電子
複写機における原稿の交換と走査装置の動作を示
すタイミングチヤート、第６図は原稿のサイズに
対応する原稿交換の時間と走査装置の時間との関
係を示すグラフであり、第７図は複写倍率による
所要時間の関係を示すグラフである。 図中の符号、１……複写機、２……プラテン、
３……フルレートキヤリツジ、５……自動原稿送
り装置、６……原稿トレイ、８……原稿搬送路、
９……搬送ベルト、１０……制御装置、１１，１
２……コントロール装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 プラテンに対応させて自動原稿送り装置を設け
    、プラテンの下面に沿つて画像走査手段を配置し
    、原稿トレイからプラテン上の走査位置に向けて
    原稿を自動的に搬送し、該原稿の画像の走査を行
    い、画像担持体に書込みを行う装置において、 原稿のサイズと、複写の倍率との２つの情報を
    制御装置に入力する手段と、 前記２つの情報にもとづいて、自動原稿送り装
    置による原稿の搬送時間と、走査装置のリターン
    時間とを、制御装置においてそれぞれ予測し、 前記走査装置がスキヤン開始点に到達する時点
    で、原稿が停止しているようなタイミングで、走
    査装置の走査方向への駆動を開始させるように、
    該走査装置への駆動信号を出力するような制御を
    行うことを特徴とする画像形成装置の原稿送り装
    置。
