Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガス器具の特定のガス噴出口から噴出され
    るガスの燃焼によつて形成される炎の定常的な形
    成位置に、一対の電極を突入配置させるとともに
    、それら電極間への電圧印加状態下に炎がそれら
    電極を連絡させたとき、それら両電極間に炎を通
    じて電流が流れる作用を利用して、該炎の有無を
    その炎を通じた電極間の通電の有無によつて検知
    する炎検知手段を設け、ガス器具の炎の点火状態
    を該炎検知手段の検知結果に基づいて検知するよ
    うに成したことを特徴とするガス器具用炎検知器
    。 (2) 前記炎を通じた電流の通電状態から該電流
    が通電しなくなつたとき、その非通電時期からの
    該電流の非通電期間を予め定めた期間と比較し、
    該非通電期間がその予定期間を超えるまでの間、
    前記ガス器具の炎が点火状態にあると判定する比
    較判定手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)
    に記載のガス器具用炎検知器。 (3) ガスバルブの開閉によつてガス器具のガス
    噴出口からのガスの噴出を制御するガス器具用制
    御装置であつて、 (イ) ガス器具の特定のガス噴出口から噴出さ
    れるガスの燃焼によつて形成される炎の定常的な
    形成位置に突入配置された一対の電極と、 (ロ) それら電極間への電圧印加状態下に炎が
    それら電極を連絡させたとき、それら両電極間に
    炎を通じて電流が流れる作用を利用して、該炎の
    有無をその炎を通じた電極間の通電の有無によつ
    て検知する炎検知手段と、 (ハ) 該炎検知手段の検知結果に基づいてガス
    器具の炎の点火状態を判定する点火判定手段と、 (ニ) 該点火判定手段の判定結果が炎の点火状
    態から非点火状態に移行したとき、前記ガスバル
    ブを閉駆動させるバルブ制御部とを、 含むことを特徴とするガス器具用制御装置。
