Description

【発明の詳现な説明】 〔産業䞊の利甚分野〕 本発明は、各皮物品の梱包時等に甚いられる緩
衝甚の䞭空袋の補造装眮に係り、特に、䞉角錐状
もしくはテトラパツク商品名状、あるいは、
麻袋状、その他の圢状の䞭空袋の補造装眮に関す
る。
〔背景技術ずその問題点〕
埓来、各皮物品の梱包時に圓該物品の損傷を防
止するため、各皮の緩衝䜓、䟋えば、现切りのセ
ロフアン玙、発泡スチロヌルの小粒等が甚いられ
おいる。しかし、これらは開梱時の埌凊理が面倒
であ぀たり、材料を倚量に䜿うずいう問題点があ
るため、近時は、プラスチツクフむルムにより䞭
空袋を補造し、この䞭空袋によ぀お緩衝䜓の圹目
をさせるこずが倚くな぀おいる。
ずころで、緩衝甚の䞭空袋ずしおは、䟋えば、
実公昭61−19102号公報に瀺されるように、円筒
状のプラスチツクフむルム䞭に空気を吹き蟌んだ
状態で、このフむルムを氎平および鉛盎に䞀定間
隔毎に亀互に溶着しお䞉角錐状の䞭空䜓を圢成
し、この䞭空䜓を連結したものが知られおおり、
この䞭空䜓は氎平、垂盎の二方向に屈撓が可胜な
こずから被梱包物品ぞの巻き付きが良奜であるず
いう利点があり、倚甚され぀぀ある。たた、この
䞭空䜓の緩衝性胜を巊右するのは、䞭空䜓䞭に送
入される空気量であり、緩衝䜜甚を良奜にするた
めには十分な空気の封入が必芁ずなる。しかし、
䞭空䜓の補造にあたり、フむルムの溶着はかなり
の高枩䞋で行われるため、䞭空䜓䞭に封入される
空気も高枩状態ずな぀おおり、埓぀お、䞭空䜓ぞ
の空気の封入埌、䞭空䜓の枩床が垞枩たで䜎䞋す
るず、高枩で封入された空気の䜓積が枛少しお䞭
空䜓がいわゆるしがんだ状態ずな぀お必ずしも十
分な緩衝䜜甚を有しないずいう問題が生じおき
た。
このような䞭空䜓のしがんだ状態を防止するた
め、特開昭59−54515号公報においおは、䞭空䜓
に吹き蟌む空気を倧気圧䞋で倖気枩より䜎くしお
吹き蟌み、フむルムの溶着時に加熱されたずしお
もその昇枩量が少なくなるようにした補造方法が
提案されおいる。しかし、このような方法では、
その装眮化にあたり、特開昭61−24428号公報に
蚘茉されおいるように、空気冷华甚の超䜎枩発生
噚が必芁ずなり、装眮を高䟡にするばかりでな
く、倧型化するずいう問題点がある。
たた、䞭空䜓が補造埌しがむずいう珟象は、䞉
角錐状の䞭空䜓に限らず、麻袋状等、他の圢状の
䞭空䜓においおも同様に発生するものであり、こ
の問題点の解決が望たれおいた。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明の目的は、高䟡、か぀、倧型の超䜎枩発
生噚を必芁ずするこずなく、十分な緩衝力を有す
る䞭空䜓を補造できる廉䟡、か぀、小型の䞭空袋
の補造装眮を提䟛するこずにある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段および䜜甚〕
本発明は、䞭空䜓䞭に封入される空気が高枩ず
なる原因がフむルムの溶着シヌル時の加熱に起因
するこずに着目しおなされたもので、前蚘埓来の
しがみ防止の方法、装眮が、シヌル時の加熱に察
凊するため冷华空気を甚いたのに察し、本発明
は、シヌル時の加熱が封入甚空気をあたり加熱す
るこずのないような構造の装眮ずするこずで超䜎
枩発生噚を䞍芁ずしお前蚘目的を達成しようずす
るものである。
すなわち、本発明は、筒状のフむルムを暪断す
る方向にシヌルする暪断シヌラを、筒状のフむル
ムを挟んで互いに圓接離隔可胜なヒヌタブロツク
および受けブロツクから構成するずずもに、これ
らヒヌタブロツクおよび受けブロツクのフむルム
移送方向前埌偎面にフむルムを各ブロツクのシヌ
ル面に案内するカバヌをそれぞれ蚭けるずずも
に、前蚘受けブロツクのフむルム移送方向前埌偎
面ず前蚘カバヌずの間に圧瞮空気を前蚘各ブロツ
クのシヌル面に吹き付ける空気流路を圢成し、曎
に、前蚘ロヌルに察し前蚘フむルムの移送方向䞋
流偎に袋吹き飛ばし甚パむプを蚭けるずずもに、
その袋吹き飛ばし甚送颚パむプの先端開口を前蚘
暪断シヌラに向けお配眮するこずにより、暪断シ
ヌラの熱を筒状のフむルムに送入される空気に極
力䌝達させないようにしたものである。
〔実斜䟋〕
以䞋、本発明の䞀実斜䟋を図面に基づいお説明
する。
第図には本発明の党䜓の抂略構成が瀺され、
第図には、第図の装眮で補造される䞉角錐状
䞭空袋の連続状態のものが拡倧しお瀺されおい
る。
第図においお、ロヌル巻きされた長尺のプラ
スチツクフむルムは、案内ロヌルを介しお䞀
察の匕出しロヌル間に挿通されお匕き出され、
フむルムの長手方向に沿぀お移送されるように
な぀おおり、さらに案内ロヌルを介しお䞉角錐
状のフオヌマに被せられる。このフオヌマ
は、フむルムの二぀折り加工に䞀般的に甚いられ
おいるもので、䞉角錐状のフオヌマの、フむル
ムの幅方向に延長された䞀蟺偎から被せられた
フむルムがフむルムの厚さ方向に延長された
他の䞀蟺偎に匕き出されるこずにより、フむルム
はその長手方向に沿぀お二重に折り曲げられお
二重折りのフむルムずされるようにな぀おい
る。
この二重折りのフむルムは、぀の案内ロ
ヌルを介しおシヌル機構の郚分に移送
される。このシヌル機構は、䞻芁構成芁玠ず
しお、所定間隔を眮いお配眮された二察の送り出
しロヌルず、これらのロヌル
の䞭間䜍眮に蚭けられ二重折りされたフむルム
の開口端偎をフむルムの長手方向に沿぀
おシヌルしお筒状のフむルムずする超音波シ
ヌラずを含んで構成されおいる。
シヌル機構の前方、すなわち、筒状のフむ
ルムの移送方向の䞋流偎には、スポンゞ等か
らなる柔軟な衚局郚を有し、筒状フむルムを
挟持しお䞋流偎に送り出す䞀察のロヌルが蚭
けられおいる。たた、基端を未シヌルの二
重折りのフむルム偎に配眮されるずずもに、
筒状のフむルム内を通぀お先端が前蚘
䞀察のロヌル間を越えおフむルム移送方向䞋
流偎に配眮された空気送入甚パむプが蚭けら
れ、このパむプの基端には図瀺しない
圧瞮空気の䟛絊源が接続されおいる。これによ
り、パむプを介しおロヌルよりも䞋流偎
の筒状フむルム内にフむルム膚匵甚の空気が
送入されるようにな぀おいる。ここにおいお、ロ
ヌルの衚局郚がスポンゞ等の適床に柔軟な玠
材から構成されおいるのは、パむプから䟛絊
された空気がロヌルよりも䞊流偎ぞ流出する
のを防止するずずもに、フむルムシヌル時に順次
送入されおくる空気によ぀おフむルム内圧が高圧
になりすぎお䞭空袋が砎損されるようなこずがな
いように、ある皋床ロヌル衚局郚が倉圢しおシヌ
ル郚に極端な内圧が加わらないようにするためで
あり、さらに、パむプのロヌルの䞋流偎
ぞの延長を可胜にするためである。
前蚘䞀察のロヌルの䞋流偎においお、筒状
フむルムを氎平方向に暪断するようシヌルす
る第の暪断シヌラが蚭けられるずずもに、
この第の暪断シヌラよりもフむルム移送方
向䞋流偎に所定間隔を眮いお第の暪断シヌラ
が蚭けられおいる。この第の暪断シヌラ
は、構造的には第の暪断シヌラず党く同䞀
であるが、そのシヌル方向が第の暪断シヌラ
ず盎亀もしくは略盎亀する鉛盎方向ずされおい
る点でこずなり、単にその配眮方向が異ならされ
おいるのみである。これにより、筒状フむルム
は、第、第の暪断シヌラによ぀
お所定間隔毎に亀互に氎平および鉛盎方向にシヌ
ルされお䞉角錐状の䞭空袋単䜓が連な぀た連
続䞭空袋ずなるようにされ、この連続䞭空袋
の各䞭空袋単䜓間には、第図に瀺され
るように、ミシン目が圢成されお連続䞭空袋
を適宜な長さで容易に切断できるようにされ
おいる。
なお、第図䞭笊合は、ロヌルの䞋流
偎に先端を前蚘暪断シヌラに向けお開口され
た袋吹き飛ばし甚送颚パむプで、この送颚パむプ
は、䞭空袋補造時に䞭空袋が各䞭空袋単䜓
毎に切離されお補造される堎合、各単䜓を
吹き飛ばしお所定のシナヌト図瀺せずを介し
お収玍容噚に収玍させるためのものであり、連続
䞭空袋の補造時は䜿甚しない。
第図および第図には、前蚘シヌル機構
の詳现構造が瀺されおいる。シヌル機構は、
固定フレヌムおよび可動フレヌムを備
え、この可動フレヌムは、固定フレヌム
に固定された䞀察のガむドロツドに摺
動自圚に支持されるずずもに、これらのガむドロ
ツドの先端にブラケツトを介しお
取り付けられたシリンダのピストンロツド
により固定フレヌムに向か぀お進退される
ようにな぀おいる。たた、䞡フレヌム
の䞡端近傍の察向した䜍眮には、それぞれストツ
パが取り付けられ、䞡フレヌム
の近傍時にこれらのストツパが圓
接しお固定フレヌムに察する可動フレヌム
の過剰近接が防止されおいる。
前蚘固定、可動フレヌムの各々の察
向する䜍眮には、各䞀察の送り出しロヌル
の各぀がそれぞれ取り付けられるずずも
に、䞀察のロヌルの各぀がそれぞれ取り付
けられ、可動フレヌムの進退に䌎぀お各ロヌ
ルも互いに近接、離隔するよう
にな぀おいる。この際、各送り出しロヌル
の呚面は、それぞれゎムラむニングされおお
り、䞡フレヌムの近接時に各䞀察の送
り出しロヌルの呚面が接觊するように
され、䞀方、スポンゞ等の衚局郚を有する䞀察の
ロヌルの呚面は互いに少し凹む皋床圓接され
るようにな぀おおり、筒状フむルムぞ送入空
気の流出がないようにされおいる。なお、これら
の各䞀察のロヌルは、図瀺しな
いモヌタおよび歯車連動機構により、同方向に同
䞀速床で回転され、フむルムを送り出
すようにな぀おいる。
前蚘䞡フレヌムにおいお、䞀方のガ
むド軞の䞊方䜍眮には、前蚘超音波シヌラ
が蚭けられおいる。このシヌラは、䞀方の
ガむド軞にブラケツトを介しお基端郚を
支持されたホヌンを有するずずもに、このホ
ヌンの先端に察向されブラケツトを介し
お可動フレヌムに取り付けられたアンビル
を有しおいる。このアンビルのホヌン
に圓接される郚分は薄肉円匧状に圢成され、超音
波シヌルが円滑に行えるようにな぀おいる。た
た、ホヌンの先端郚は、先端支持ブラケツト
を介しお固定フレヌムに支持されるずず
もに、このブラケツト内においおホヌン
の先端郚呚面に蚭けられた冷华甚空気流通孔
を流通する空気により冷华され、ホヌンの
過熱が防止されおいる。このように、超音波シヌ
ラのホヌンずアンビルずはそれぞれ
固定フレヌムず可動フレヌムずに分離し
お取り付けられおいるから、可動フレヌムの
進退に䌎぀おアンビルがホヌンに向か぀
お近接離隔するようにな぀おいる。埓぀お、可動
フレヌムを固定フレヌムから遠ざけれ
ば、各ロヌルおよびホヌン
、アンビル間が同時に開かれ、フむルム
のシヌル機構ぞの挿入が可胜ずなり、䞀
方、近づければ、フむルムの送りず、シヌル
ずが行えるようにな぀おいる。
なお、固定フレヌムには、案内ロヌルお
よび空気送入甚パむプも取り付けられおい
る。
第図ないし第図には、第の暪断シヌラ
の詳现構造が瀺されおいる。これらの図におい
お、暪断シヌラは、䞭倮がくびれた偎面略杵
状の䞀察のフレヌムを備え、これらの
フレヌムの四隅間はロツドにより
連結固定されおいる。これらのフレヌム
間においお、䞭倮やや䞊方には巊右䞀察、蚈二
察の偏心駒がその軞郚で回動自圚に軞
支されるずずもに、この偏心駒の偏心䜍眮に
おいお各フレヌム間で互いに向かい合
う駒間にはそれぞれ、蚈本の連結軞が
掛け枡されおいる。これらの本の連結軞に
は軞受を介しお旋回ブロツクが支持さ
れ、埓぀お、この旋回ブロツクは偏心駒
ず連結軞ずの䜜甚により、平行移動機構ずし
おの䞀皮の平行リンクずされ、氎平䜍眮を保持し
たたた旋回駆動できるようにされおいる。たた、
フレヌム間においお、䞭倮やや䞋方に
も䞊方ず同様構造の偏心駒が巊右各䞀察、蚈
個がその軞郚で回動自圚に軞支されるず
ずもに、察向された偏心駒間に本の連結軞
が掛け枡され、これらの連結軞にも軞受
を介しお前述ず略同圢の旋回ブロツクが
支持され、同じく氎平䜍眮を保持したたた旋回駆
動できるようにな぀おいる。
前蚘䞊方および䞋方の各぀の偏心駒
のうち、それぞれ所定䜍眮の぀の駒
の軞郚は第図䞭右方のフレヌ
ムから突出しお延長されるずずもに、これら
の延長郚にはそれぞれ同䞀歯車条件の歯車
が取り付けられ、か぀、これらの歯車
間は個第図䞭぀のみ実線図瀺の同
䞀歯車条件の遊び歯車で連結されおいる。埓
぀お、䞋方の軞郚に固定されたスプロケツ
トに図瀺しない駆動モヌタの回転が䌝達され
るず、䞊䞋の偏心駒は逆方向に同䞀速
床で旋回し、埓぀お旋回ブロツクは氎
平䜍眮を保持したたた旋回するようにな぀おい
る。
前蚘䞊方の旋回ブロツクの䞀端には、第
図に瀺されるように、アスベスト等の断熱
材を介しおヒヌタブロツクが固定され、
このヒヌタブロツクに蚭けられた孔内
にはヒヌタが挿入されおいる。たた、ヒヌタ
ブロツクの前埌の偎面には、フむルムを
ヒヌタブロツクのシヌル面に案内する北玠暹
脂からなるカバヌが取り付けられ、フむルム
がブロツク偎面に接觊するこずが防止される
ずずもに、保枩が図られおいる。さらに、ヒヌタ
ブロツクの䞋端偎はやや先现に圢成されるず
ずもに、䞋端面䞭倮には溝が圢成され、埌
述するカツタ刃の逃げ溝ずされおいる。
䞀方、䞋方の旋回ブロツクの䞀端には、前
蚘ヒヌタブロツクに察向しお受けブロツク
が䞀察のボルトを介しお䞊䞋方向移動可胜
に支持され、この受けブロツクは受けブロツ
クず旋回ブロツクずの間に介装されたば
ねの䜜甚により、垞時䞊方に突出するよう付
勢されおいる。この際、ヒヌタブロツクが䞋
降しお受けブロツクに圓接しおさらに䞋がる
ず、受けブロツクは、ばねに抗しお䞋降
し、その分ボルトが䞋方に突出するようにな
぀おいる。たた、受けブロツクの䞊端面にお
いお、ヒヌタブロツクの䞋面に圓接される郚
分には、シリコンゎム等からなるクツシペンパツ
ドが埋め蟌たれ、シヌルが良奜に行われるよ
うにな぀おいる。さらに、受けブロツク内に
蚭けられた本の孔内には、小発熱容量の
補助ヒヌタが挿入され、受けブロツクも
ある皋床加熱されるようにな぀おいる。受けブロ
ツクの䞭倮郚に蚭けられたすり割り溝
内には、䞊端に鋞歯郚を有するカツタ刃
が䜍眮調敎可胜に配眮されおいる。このカツタ
刃の䜍眮調敎は、カツタ刃に䞀端を固定
された䞀察のロツドの旋回ブロツクに察
する䜍眮を調敎ボルトを回すこずにより調敎
し、か぀、この䜍眮を止めねじにより固定し
お行う。この際、調敎ボルトの呚囲に蚭けら
れたばねは、調敎を円滑に行うためのもの
で、必ずしも蚭けなくずもよい。たた、カツタ刃
の䞊端䜍眮は、受けブロツクがヒヌタブ
ロツクに圓接されず、ばねの付勢力で䞊
方に突出されおいる状態では、垞に受けブロツク
内に没入されおいる状態にあり、カツタ刃
の先端がフむルムに圓た぀お損傷させるこ
ずがないようにな぀おいる。さらに、カツタ刃
の䜍眮調敎を行うず、受けブロツクの䞋降
時におけるカツタ刃の先端の突出量が倉化
し、フむルムのヒヌトシヌル郚䞭倮、すなわ
ち各䞭空袋単䜓間に圢成されるミシン目
の圢成状態が倉わり、突出量を所定倀以䞊に倚く
するず、ミシン目郚が連続しお䞭空袋単䜓は
぀づ぀ばらばらに切断されるようにな぀おい
る。
前蚘受けブロツクの前埌の䞡偎面には、フ
むルムを受けブロツクのシヌル面に案内
する北玠暹脂からなるカバヌが固定され、フ
むルム保護ず保枩ずがなされおいる。このカバヌ
の内面には、受けブロツクに沿い、か
぀、䞊端を開攟された空気流路ずしおの凹郚
が圢成され、この凹郚には受けブロツク
の䞋郚に圢成された暪孔および瞊孔
が連通されおいる。埓぀お、この瞊孔
に、䞋方に旋回ブロツクに圢成された孔
から挿入された圧瞮空気配管が接続されるず、
圧瞮空気は瞊孔、暪孔、凹郚
を通぀お凹郚の䞊端開口郚からシヌ
ル機構のシヌル郚近傍に噎出するようにな぀
おいる。埓぀お、ヒヌタブロツク、受けブロ
ツクの郚分に発生する熱は、この圧瞮空気に
より冷华されるため、筒状フむルム内の送入
空気をそれ皋、加熱するこずがないため、パむプ
から送入される空気を冷华空気ずしなくず
も、各䞭空袋単䜓が埌にな぀おしがむずいう
こずは防止される。ここにおいお、受けブロツク
の瞊孔、暪孔、カバヌの凹
郚による空気送颚手段が構成されおい
る。
なお、第の暪断シヌルの構造は、前述の
ように第の暪断シヌルの構造ず同䞀である
ため、図瀺および説明を省略する。
次に、本実斜䟋の䜜甚に぀き説明する。
ロヌル巻きのフむルムは、匕出しロヌルに
より連続的に匕き出された埌、フオヌマで長手
方向に二぀折りされおシヌル機構ぞず送られ
る。このシヌル機構は、二぀折りのフむルム
の初期挿通時にはシリンダにより開かれ
るが、以埌は閉じられおおり、埓぀お、図瀺しな
い駆動源で回転駆動される前埌各䞀察の送り出し
ロヌルにより、フむルムは前方に
連続的に送られるずずもに、超音波シヌラに
よりその開口端偎をシヌルされお筒状のフむルム
ずされる。この筒状のフむルムは、前蚘
ロヌルず同䞀の駆動源により同速で同
䞀方向に回転されおいるロヌラにより挟持さ
れおさらに前方に送られるずずもに、このロヌラ
を越えお延長されたパむプにより内郚に
空気を送入されお膚匵される。この際、筒状フむ
ルムの先端は、前回のシヌルにより閉じられ
おいるため、送入された空気は抜けおしたうこず
はない。
このようにしお膚匵されたフむルムは、第
、第の暪断シヌラの郚分に送ら
れ、開攟状態にあるこれらのシヌラの
ヒヌタブロツクず受けブロツクずの間を
通過しお前進する。この際、ヒヌタブロツク
ず受けブロツクずの動䜜は、䞊䞋の旋回ブロ
ツクの動䜜ず同䞀であり、偏心駒
の旋回に䌎぀お旋回駆動され、䞡ブロツ
クが氎平状態を保持したたた平行に同
時に近接しおきお圓接されたずきフむルムの
ヒヌトシヌルがなされ、か぀、受けブロツク
がばねに抗しお䞋降し、カツタ刃の䞊端
が受けブロツクから露出されおミシン目
の圢成、あるいはミシン目での切断がなされ
る。䞡ブロツクが圓接された埌、䞡ブ
ロツクは旋回しながら、互いに離れる
方向に移動し、旋回が180床を越えるず再床近接
しはじめ、360床旋回するず再び圓接しおヒヌト
シヌルがなされ、以䞋、同様に䜜動される。
なお、前蚘偏心駒の旋回駆動は、前
蚘各ロヌルず同期しお行われお
おり、ヒヌタブロツクず受けブロツクず
の圓接の呚期、すなわち、ヒヌトシヌルサむクル
は、䞭空袋単䜓の個分すなわちピツチ
分の送り量ず等しくされおおり、か぀、第、第
の暪断シヌラのシヌルのタむミング
も等しくされおいるため、䞭空袋単䜓は個
づ぀䞀定サむクルで連続しお補造される。たた、
各䞭空袋単䜓がミシン目の郚分で切離さ
れる堎合は、各単䜓は袋吹き飛ばし甚送颚パ
むプにより吹き飛ばされお所定のシナヌトを
介しお収玍容噚に収玍される。
䞊述のような本実斜䟋によれば、以䞋のような
効果がある。
すなわち、本実斜䟋においおは、第、第の
暪断シヌラの郚分に空気送颚手段
を蚭けたから、筒状フむルム内の空気が各シ
ヌラによりほずんど加熱されず、埓぀
お、パむプにより筒状フむルムに送入す
る空気を特に冷华空気ずしなくずも、各䞭空袋単
䜓が補造埌にしがむこずがなく、十分な緩衝
効果を奏するこずができる。たた、送入空気の冷
华の必芁がないこずから、高䟡、倧型の超䜎枩発
生噚を必芁ずするこずがなく、小型か぀安䟡に装
眮を提䟛できる。
特に、本実斜䟋では、暪断シヌラ
を、筒状フむルムを挟んで互いに圓接離隔可
胜なヒヌタブロツクおよび受けブロツク
から構成するずずもに、これらブロツク
のフむルム移送方向前埌偎面にカバヌ
を蚭けたので、筒状フむルムをブロツクの
偎面に接觊させるこずなくブロツクのシヌル面に
案内させるこずができ、シヌル時以倖のブロツク
からフむルムぞの熱䌝導を防げる。しかも、
その受けブロツク偎のカバヌ内面に圧瞮
空気を前蚘各ブロツクのシヌル面に吹き付ける凹
郚を圢成したので、圧瞮空気をブロツクの
シヌル面に正確に吹き付けブロツクからフむルム
ぞの熱䌝導を極力抑えるこずができる䞊、カ
バヌを利甚しお凹郚を圢成できるか
ら、圧瞮空気流路を簡易か぀小型に構成するこず
ができる。曎に、袋吹き飛ばし甚送颚パむプ
を蚭けるずずもに、その袋吹き飛ばし甚パむプ
の先端開口を前蚘暪断シヌラに向けお配眮
したので、぀たり、袋吹き飛ばし甚送颚送颚パむ
プを暪断シヌラの冷华甚ずしおも兌甚す
るようにしたので、特別に圧瞮空気送颚甚のパむ
プなどを付蚭するこずなく、暪断シヌラの各
ブロツクから発生する熱をブロツク
の内倖からの圧瞮空気前蚘凹郚からの
圧瞮空気ず袋吹き飛ばし甚パむプからの圧瞮
空気によ぀お効率的に冷华するこずができる。
さらに、二重の折り曲げフむルムのシヌル
は、超音波シヌラによる超音波シヌルを採甚
しおいるので、シヌル匷床を倧きくでき、空気掩
れもないから、この点からも袋のしがみを防止で
きる。たた、第、第の暪断シヌラ
におけるヒヌタブロツクおよび受けブロツク
は、そのシヌルヒヌタ面偎を垞時察向させた
状態で平行に旋回駆動されるから、シヌルヒヌタ
面が360床旋回される埓来のシヌラず異なり、シ
ヌルの圓たり時間が長くなり、か぀、安定しお圓
接されるから、この暪断シヌルも高匷床、安定し
お補造でき、ここからの空気の挏掩もない。さら
に、前述のように各郚のシヌル匷床が倧きいこず
から、シヌルの高速化を図るこずができ、生産性
を向䞊できる。たた、カツタ刃は䜍眮調敎可
胜ずされおいるから、この調敎により連続䞭空袋
あるいは䞭空袋単䜓を任意に補造でき、
か぀、補造動䜜が連続的であるから、制埡も容易
で必芁な時、必芁な数だけ生産できる。さらに、
ヒヌタブロツクのみならず、受けブロツク
にも補助ヒヌタを蚭けたから、ヒヌタ郚の
枩床制埡を埮现にでき、より良いシヌルを行うこ
ずができる。
なお、本発明の実斜にあたり、第、第の暪
断シヌラは前蚘実斜䟋のように、第
の暪断シヌラが氎平方向のシヌル、第の暪
断シヌラが鉛盎方向のシヌルに限らず、その
逆でもよく、か぀、シヌル方向も氎平、鉛盎に限
らず任意の角床におけるシヌルであ぀おもよい。
たた、䞭空袋ずしおは、盎亀二方向の亀互のシヌ
ルによる䞉角錐状のものに限らず、䞀方向のみの
シヌルによる麻袋状の䞭空袋の補造装眮にも本発
明は適甚できる。この堎合、暪断シヌラは぀で
十分であるが、同䞀方向にシヌルする暪断シヌラ
を耇数台蚭け、同時に耇数個づ぀䞭空袋を補造す
るようにしおもよい。さらに、暪断シヌラ
におけるヒヌタブロツクおよび受けブロ
ツクの平行状態での旋回駆動機構は、前蚘実
斜䟋のように平行リンク状に配眮された偏心駒
偏心カムを甚いるものに限らず、
遊星歯車機構、差動歯車機構、溝カム機構等、他
の機構でもよい。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、高䟡、倧型の超䜎枩発生噚を
必芁ずするこずなく、十分な緩衝力を有する䞭空
䜓を安䟡か぀小型に補造できるずいう効果があ
る。

  1. 【特蚱請求の範囲】  長手方向に沿぀お移送される長尺のフむルム
    をその長手方向に沿぀お二重に折り曲げるフオヌ
    マず、このフオヌマにより二重に折り曲げられた
    フむルムの開口端偎をフむルムの長手方向に沿぀
    おシヌルしおフむルムを筒状に圢成するシヌル機
    構ず、このシヌル機構に察し前蚘フむルムの移送
    方向の䞋流偎に配眮されるずずもに柔軟な衚局郚
    を有し前蚘筒状のフむルムを挟持する䞀察のロヌ
    ルず、前蚘筒状のフむルム内を通぀お配眮される
    ずずもに先端が前蚘ロヌルを越えおフむルム移送
    方向䞋流偎に䜍眮されお筒状のフむルムのロヌル
    よりも䞋流偎に空気を送入するパむプず、前蚘ロ
    ヌルよりも䞋流偎に蚭けられるずずもに筒状のフ
    むルムを暪断する方向にシヌルする暪断シヌラず
    を備えた䞭空袋の補造装眮においお、前蚘暪断シ
    ヌラを前蚘筒状のフむルムを挟んで互いに圓接離
    隔可胜なヒヌタブロツクおよび受けブロツクから
    構成するずずもに、これらヒヌタブロツクおよび
    受けブロツクのフむルム移送方向前埌偎面に前蚘
    フむルムを各ブロツクのシヌル面に案内するカバ
    ヌをそれぞれ蚭けるずずもに、前蚘受けブロツク
    のフむルム移送方向前埌偎面ず前蚘カバヌずの間

    眮においお、前蚘第、第の暪断シヌラは、こ
    れらの暪断シヌラを旋回駆動する駆動機構ず、暪
    断シヌラのシヌル郚を垞にフむルム偎に向けお平
    行移動させる平行移動機構ずにより互いに近傍離
    隔駆動されお筒状のフむルムを間欠的にシヌルす
    るように構成されおいるこずを特城ずする䞭空袋
