Claims (1)
- プリント配線基板に穿孔した端子穴に外部引出
し用端子板の先端を差し込んで半田付けする半導
体装置の端子構造において、端子板の先端部に複
数に分岐した半田付け脚部を形成するとともに、
プリント配線基板には端子板の各半田付け脚部を
一括して包容する端子穴を穿孔したことを特徴と
する半導体装置の端子構造。
