把持する形状に形成され、該キャップの基部には、車軸
を挿着する際には車軸の押圧力により自刃でキャップが
回動して閉じ、キャップを開く際にはキャップの回動に
伴って押圧力で車軸が排出される凸起を設けた構成にさ
れている〔作  用〕 車軸を挿着する時は、車軸の挿入に伴って該車軸で凸起
を押圧すると、キャップはピンを支点にして自動的に回
動して閉じられる。そして、車軸を車軸取付溝に嵌給て
固定ホルダーとキャップの当接部が当接させ、固定ホル
ダーとキャップの端部に配置されたボルトとナツトとを
