Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for making tests on a plant while the reliability of the plant operation is secured by making the plant operable in the optimum operating procedure in accordance with the used status of the plant. CONSTITUTION:The operator of a plant changes the operating procedure of operator commands to be given to machines and apparatuses constituting the plant by operating an operation input device 5. Namely, the operator changes the operating procedure for giving the operation commands in accordance with the operated status of the plant, such as real operation, trial operation, periodic inspection, full tests on command signals during periodic inspections, etc. Therefore, the time required for making tests can be reduced without spoiling the reliability of the plant operation, because the operator command operating procedure can be simplified at the time of tests.

In this case, the plant status is displayed on the display device. To operate the equipment that makes up the plant, pushbutton switches attached to the monitoring operation panel are pressed to give operating commands to the computer. Recently, a touch screen has been installed on the screen of the display device, and it is also possible to directly operate the plant using the display device by touching the plant equipment displayed on the screen and giving operation commands. It is put into practical use.

Conventionally, the operating procedures of operators who give operating commands to plant component equipment have been fixed. Normally, operating procedures are determined from the standpoint of operational reliability during actual plant operation. However, during test runs such as periodic inspections and all-point signal tests, the same operating procedures as during actual operation must be followed, resulting in the problem that test runs take a long time. In addition, even during actual operation, especially when operating for the first time after modification, or especially when driving, it may be necessary.

In Fig. 1, the status information of plant 1 is the process bathing power device! The data is taken into the computer 3 that performs operation monitoring via f2. The computer 3 collects and edits the status information, and outputs process status display information to the bath input device 15 (operation console) for operation monitoring via the data transmission line 4. An operator (not shown) watches the display screen of the cathode ray tube (CRT) display 7 and the lamp display state of the operation panel 15 to monitor the plant operating state. CRT display 7
For example, a plant operation monitoring screen as shown in FIG. 3 is displayed. FIG. 3 is an example of a screen for tower monitoring with screen number 103. In step 503, the intensity number on the setting screen displayed on the CRT 44 is selected by touch operation 7, and in step 504, the interlock intensity is inputted into the microphone 48 by voice. In steps 505 and 506, it is determined whether voice input has been completed or touch operation has been selected. If either one has not been completed, the process returns to step 503 or 504 to execute the process. If both the touch operation selection and the voice input have been completed, the process moves to step 507, where it is determined whether the strength of the touch operation selection and the strength of the voice input match, and whether the selected strength can be set. to decide. If the intensities match and can be set, the process moves to step 508, and the CRT 44 is displayed as shown in FIG.

After the "setting" switch is displayed in step 508, the process moves to step 509, where the operator re-determines whether the correct intensity has been selected. If it is reconfirmed in step 509 that the correct intensity has been selected, the process moves to step 510 and the "setting" switch on the screen shown in FIG. 4(a) displayed on the CRT 44 is touched. Further, in step 511, "Cerati" is voice input into the microphone 48. In this way, the signal all-point test is performed, and this operation procedure, which involves two operation actions in steps 601 and 605 and one judgment in step 604, is the sixth step.
Although the reliability is lower than the operating procedure shown in the figure, the operating procedure can be completed in a shorter time. In FIG. 8, equipment selection in step 601, step 6
The frame display of the device name 02 is performed in the same manner as the operating procedure shown in FIG. Next, in the operating procedure of FIG. 8, without executing the display of the operating switch, which is the process of step 603 of FIG.
The operator moves from step 602 to step 604 and confirms the selected device on the screen.6 If the selection is incorrect, the operator returns to step 601 and tries again. If it is determined in step 604 that the selection is correct, the process moves to step 801, where the operator inputs the name of the selected device by voice through the microphone 11. This operation action is shown as 02 in FIG. 9(c). The computer 3 determines whether the voice-input device name sent in step 802 matches the device name selected by the touch operation. If they match, the display information of the operation switches 7a and 7b of the selected device is output and displayed on the CRT 7 (step 603).

In step 603, the operation switch 7 of the selected device is placed on the CRT 7.
When a and 7b are displayed, touch selection of the operation switches 7a and 7b (step 605) and color change display of the selected operation switch 7b (step 606) are performed in the same manner as in FIG. If the operator determines that the selection of the operation switch is incorrect in step 608, the operator selects the operation switch in step 605.
Return to and redo the operation switch selection. If the selected operation switch is correct, the name of the selected operation switch 7b is input by voice from the microphone 11 in step 803. This operation action is shown at 04 in FIG. 9(c). The computer 3 determines in step 804 whether the touch selection and voice input operation switch names match, and if they match, the process moves to step 607 and the command switch 7c is moved to the CRT.
7. If the operating switch names for touch selection and voice input do not match, the process returns to step 803 or 605 and is executed again. When the command switch 7c is displayed on the CRT 7, the process moves to step 805, and it is determined whether the selected device and operation are correct. If they are correct, the touch operation of the "command" switch 7c 609 (step 609) and the operation command are performed as in FIG. Signal output (step 610) is performed.

Thus, in the operating procedure of FIG. 8, step 601.8
01,605,806,6094. - In addition to the five operation actions of i and the three judgments by the operator in steps 604, 608, and 805, the computer judges twice whether the touch input and voice input match. Such an operating procedure provides an extremely safe operating interlock. In this way, highly safe operation is possible when careful operation is required, such as during repair of plant equipment or test run immediately after remodeling. Furthermore, since there is almost no risk of erroneously generating an operation command signal, the burden on the operator who tries to avoid erroneous operations can be reduced.

The plant operation status is stored as a status number using information sent from the computer 3 via the data transmission path 4 when the status changes. Interlock setting section 30
1 changes the setting of the operation interlock strength, that is, rewrites the strength of the state management table 302 and outputs the set strength to the computer 3 in accordance with the input information from the setting input/output device 40 by the operator. In addition, when the plant operation status changes, if the current operation interlock strength is not permitted in the intermittent operation state, the automatic setting strength is managed in the configuration information file 303 as shown in FIG. 4(b). Execute the settings change process. A plurality of operation interlock programs (

FIG. 11 shows another example of the operation interlock strength setting change process. In FIG. 11, the program for each operation interlock strength and its management information are stored in the interlock setting computer 30. The interlock setting unit 301 transmits the newly set strength program and its management information to the operation monitoring computer 3. The task management unit 33 of the operation monitoring computer 3 stores the received program in the auxiliary memory 32.
The management information of the task management files in the main memory 31 and the auxiliary memory 32 is also rewritten. Finally, the setting change process is completed by reading out the program stored in the auxiliary memory 32 as a task to the main memory 31 based on the management information.
