- 部分的にレーザ光を透過する出力ミラーと、こ
の出力ミラーに相対するように設けられたリアミ
ラーとから成る共振手段を少なくとも備えたレー
ザ発振器において、前記出力ミラーの反リアミラ
ー側に出力窓を設け、この出力窓と前記出力ミラ
ーとの間で形成されるガス雰囲気を前記リアミラ
ーと前記出力ミラーとの間で形成されるガス雰囲
気と同じになるようにしたことを特徴とするレー
ザ発振器。
