Claims (1)
- 複数の階床を有する住宅に、昇降路と、この昇
降路内を上下動する乗かごを備えたホームエレベ
ータで、前記住宅の玄関等扉に施錠解錠装置を設
け、且つ、前記乗かご内に、前記施錠解錠装置を
動作させる操作スイツチを設けたものにおいて、
前記玄関等と前記ホームエレベータ内に、相互に
通話可能な通話装置をそれぞれ設けたことを特徴
とするホームエレベータを備えた住宅設備。
