  1. 遠隔操作により施解錠可能な電気錠付ドアを有
    する建物に備えられ複数階床間を走行する乗かご
    と、この乗かご内に設置され乗かご外との通話を
    行なう乗かご内通話装置と、監視センタに設置さ
    れ上記乗かご内と電話回線を通じて通話を行なう
    電話局加入の特定電話機を備えたエレベータの乗
    客救出装置において、上記乗かご内通話装置の起
    動スイツチの操作に応じて上記電気錠を一定時間
    の間一時的に解錠することを特徴とするエレベー
    タの乗客救出装置。
