Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 荷締め機構の把持部に、トルク表示を張力表
示に換算した表示部を有するトルクレンチを装着
したことを特徴とする張力検出荷締機。 ２ レバーブロツクのアーム部にトルクレンチを
装着したものであつて、 アーム部のケース内あるいはアーム部を所定長
さに切断した該アーム部のケース内のいずれかに
、ヘツド取付孔を穿孔したソケツトを固着すると
ともに、 トルク表示を張力表示に換算した表示部を有す
るトルクレンチのヘツド部を、前記ソケツトのヘ
ツド取付孔に脱着可能に嵌入させた ことを特徴とする張力検出荷締機。 ３ ソケツトのヘツド取付孔の軸心方向と直交す
る方向に、トルクレンチのヘツド部を固定する部
材と取付孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項２記
載の張力検出荷締機。 ４ トルクレンチの表示部を、荷締め部材の初期
張力が時間経過後いかに変化するかを読みとりう
るメータ表示としたことを特徴とする請求項１ま
たは２記載のいずれかの張力検出荷締機。 ５ トルクレンチの表示部を、一度設定すれば該
設定値までメータを気にせず荷締めを行いうる初
期設定式としたことを特徴とする請求項１または
２記載のいずれかの張力検出荷締機。
