- 回転環と固定環の摺動材料のうちの一方に、常
圧焼結ＳｉＣ摺動材を、また他方に、カーボンの
一部がＳｉＣに転換された表層部を有するカーボ
ン摺動材を用いてなることを特徴とする高速高圧
用メカニカルシール。
