- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一方の軸と他方の軸とをこれら各軸からオ
フセツトされたオフセツト軸で連結してなる回転
体の相対位置を検出する装置において、 前記一方の軸の軸心位置に距離センサを設ける
とともに、この距離センサの先端を他方の軸の軸
心位置に臨ませて、距離センサの先端と他方の軸
の軸心先端部との距離を検出し、この距離センサ
の出力を距離表示計に接続したことを特徴とする
回転体用変位量測定装置。 (2) 前記距離センサが磁気センサであることを
特徴とする請求項１記載の回転体用変位量測定装
置。
