した基準電圧により上記センサブリツジ回路の出
力の差動電圧であるアナログ信号をパルス信号に
変換するA/D変換回路と、外部からクロツク信
号を入力し、上記ヒータ駆動回路およびセンサブ
リツジ回路をオン・オフさせたり上記A/D変換
回路のシーケンスを制御するシーケンス回路とを
備え、ヒータオン時のA/D変換出力とヒータオ
フの時のA/D変換出力との差を流量信号とする
