Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電池電圧を定電圧化するレギユレータと、周囲
    温度変化に無関係にヒータを一定温度以内に制御
    するヒータ駆動回路と、直列接続された上流側感
    温センサと下流側感温センサとに並列に比較電圧
    を発生する直列抵抗を接続したセンサブリツジ回
    路と、上記レギユレータの出力電圧を抵抗で分割
    した基準電圧により上記センサブリツジ回路の出
    力の差動電圧であるアナログ信号をパルス信号に
    変換するＡ／Ｄ変換回路と、外部からクロツク信
    号を入力し、上記ヒータ駆動回路およびセンサブ
    リツジ回路をオン・オフさせたり上記Ａ／Ｄ変換
    回路のシーケンスを制御するシーケンス回路とを
    備え、ヒータオン時のＡ／Ｄ変換出力とヒータオ
    フの時のＡ／Ｄ変換出力との差を流量信号とする
    流量センサ駆動回路において、上記ヒータ駆動回
    路の電源を直接電池から取るように接続したこと
    を特徴とする流量センサ駆動回路。
