(Prior art) Conventionally, as this type of valve, for example,
A valve seat is provided between the inflow passage and the discharge passage as described in Publication No. 76655 to form a communication port, and a valve body for opening and closing the communication port can be freely moved toward and away from the upper surface of the valve seat. There is a device that can be raised and lowered to achieve this.

In other words, in the above-mentioned valve, the valve body is raised and lowered by the pressure difference between the pressure on the upper surface of the valve body (secondary pressure) which acts to lower the valve body and the primary pressure on the flow inlet side. The valve opens and closes, but when the valve is used, for example, as an alarm valve for sprinkler piping, the valve must be kept open at all times when the sprinkler discharges water.
It is necessary to prevent the occurrence of a situation in which the valve body is inadvertently lowered and closed due to fluctuations in pressure on the upper surface of the valve body.

Therefore, conventionally, as a means for maintaining the open state of the valve, that is, the raised state of the valve body, an engaging pawl 31 rotatable in only one direction is provided on the outer edge of the valve body 6a, as shown in FIG. Separately provided, the engagement claw 3
1 is engaged with an engagement step 32 formed on the inner surface of the valve casing 1a.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional method, the engaging pawl 31 is simply engaged with the stepped portion 32 on the inner surface of the casing in order to prevent the valve body from descending. In order to return the valve to its original closed state after the valve opening operation, it is necessary to separate and dismantle the valve casing using a fluid pipe, etc., and manually release the engaging state of the engaging pawl. The process is very complicated, takes a long time, and has very poor workability.

Moreover, in the above-mentioned conventional valve, an engaging step portion for locking the engaging claw of the valve body is formed on the inner surface of the valve casing, but the casing has an almost sealed shape. for,
Machining the inner surface became extremely difficult, and there were also problems in the ease of manufacturing.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems and to solve these problems, and its purpose is to remove the valve casing without any work such as lowering and returning the valve body. The object of the present invention is to simplify the means for holding the valve body when the valve is opened, and to improve manufacturability.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been constructed to achieve the above object and also solve the problems of the conventional technology. A portion 19 is provided above the valve body 6, and a portion that engages with the engaging portion 19 and separately hangs above the valve body 6 to support the valve body 6 when the valve body 6 rises. A holder 20 is provided which is deformed or displaced so as to be released from engagement with the engaging portion 19 of the valve body 6 by raising or lowering the installed spindle 13.

(Function) Therefore, the differential pressure valve characterized by the above configuration,
When the valve body 6 is raised, the engaging portion 19 of the valve body 6
is engaged with the holder 20 and its raised state is suitably maintained, and the operation for returning the valve body 6 downward is to deform or displace the holder 20 by simply raising or lowering the spindle 13. This can be done by releasing the engagement between 20 and the engaging portion 19.

This embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration.Next, we will explain its usage and function when the bolt is used as an alarm valve for sprinkler piping.First of all, as shown in FIG. Air is supplied into the chamber 11 through the air piping 12 to make the pressure inside the compartment 11 higher than the primary pressure of the inflow passage 2, thereby keeping the valve closed. At the same time, the pressure inside the compartment 11 is reduced to raise the valve body 6 and open the communication port 5.
It is something that opens up the world. When the valve body 6 rises, the engagement member 15 screwed onto the upper surface of the bottom of the valve body 6 rises along the spindle 13.
The distal end of the engaging member 15 comes into contact with the lower end of the holder 20.
5 and the lower end of the holder 20 are provided with tapered surfaces 17 and 23, respectively, so that the engaging member 15 smoothly moves to the lower part of the holder 20 due to the urging force when the engaging member 15 rises. As shown in FIG. 2, the engaging protrusions 18 and 24 of the engaging member 15 and the holder 20 engage with each other. Therefore, the upward movement of the valve body 6 is reliably maintained by the engagement between the two, and even if pressure fluctuations occur within the compartment 11, the valve body 6 is prevented from inadvertently descending. This allows the sprinkler to continue discharging water without interruption. Next, when lowering the valve body 6 after the sprinkler discharges water, the spindle 13
If the spindle 13 is rotated and lowered, the spindle 13
The bulging step 28 of the block piece 25 of the holder 20
Since the bulging protrusion 22 of the valve is pressed to open each block piece 25 as shown in FIG. 3, the engagement between the holder 20 and the engaging member 15 is released and the valve body 6 falls. Therefore, the valve can be returned to the closed state only by lowering the spindle 13. Furthermore, when the bulging step portion 28 of the spindle 13 reaches a position lower than the position of the bulging protrusion 22, the opened holder 20 returns to its original state.

In the above embodiment, since the engaging member 15 screwed onto the upper surface of the valve body is fitted onto the spindle 13, the lifting and lowering of the valve body is caused by the spindle 13.
In addition to being able to reliably maintain the vertical position along 3, it also has the advantage of being able to perform upward positioning of the engaging portion, thereby reliably engaging the engaging portion with the holder.
Preventing the valve body from wobbling when it is raised and lowered can also be done by using the guide vanes 8 at the bottom of the valve body, and it is not an essential requirement of the present invention that the valve body be guided by the spindle 13 when raised and lowered. The engaging portion of the valve body may be formed integrally with the valve body, and the specific shape of the engaging portion can also be changed in design. In short, it is sufficient that an engaging means capable of engaging with the holder is provided on the upper surface of the valve body.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the holder is constructed by combining a plurality of block pieces 25 of a predetermined shape,
Each of the block pieces 25 is designed to open and close due to contact with the bulging step 28 of the separately vertically installed spindle 13, but the specific structure of the holder and spindle according to the present invention is in no way limited to this. For example, the engagement portion of the valve body and the holder may be disengaged from each other by causing elastic deformation by raising or lowering the spindle. In short, the holder is configured to be able to engage with the engaging portion of the valve body, and to be deformed or displaced so as to be released from the engagement with the engaging portion of the valve body as the spindle ascends or descends. It's fine if you have one.

In addition, the present invention allows for design changes in the specific configuration of each part of the valve within the scope of the present invention, and its usage is not limited to use as an alarm valve for sprinkler piping as in the above example. There is no question of its use.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention has a structure in which the engaging part is formed above the valve body, and which engages with the engaging part and supports the valve body when the valve body rises, and is separately provided vertically. Since the valve body is provided with a holder that is deformed or displaced to release the engagement state of the valve body with the engaging portion as the spindle rises or falls, the work of lowering and returning the valve body held in the raised state This can be done by simply raising or lowering the spindle without having to do the complicated work of disassembling and removing the valve casing as in the past, making the work much easier than before. A remarkable effect has been achieved in that it can be carried out easily and quickly.

In addition, the present invention allows the holder for engaging the engaging part of the valve body to be easily manufactured in a separate process from the processing of the valve casing, etc., and to be installed in the specified manner, making it possible to replace the conventional valve casing. Compared to a valve in which an engagement step is carved on the inner surface, the manufacturing work of the entire valve becomes easier, and it also has the practical benefit of reducing manufacturing costs.
