- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上下方向に貫通する共振器孔が形成された誘
電体ブロツクと、この誘電体ブロツクの上面を開
放面とし、他方の底面を短絡面として、前記開放
面を除く他の全面に導電膜を形成してなる誘電体
共振器において、 前記誘電体ブロツクの側面のうちの少なくとも
一部に段差が形成されていることを特徴とする誘
電体共振器。 ２ 前記共振器孔は、径が前記開放面側で小さく
、短絡面側で大きくなるような段差をもつて形成
されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の誘電
体共振器。
