Claims (1)
- リード端子を植設したリード端子台に絶縁性の
基板を配置し、この絶縁性の基板に両面に電極を
有し前記絶縁性の基板と熱膨張係数が同一の材料
で構成された圧電磁器振動板を配置し、前記リー
ド端子と圧電磁器振動板の電極が導電性接着剤ま
たは半田で接続固着され、これらの部品を収納す
るケースが前記リード端子台に結合されるセラミ
ツクトラツプ。
