望の厚さに形成されたフェルト層からなる内装基材と、

表皮材または不織布等の表面層3とから形成されている

るが、斯る構成に依れば、フェルト層に着色剤を混合し
た合成樹脂溶液を含浸させて内装基材が形成され、フェ
ルト層の剛性が向上し、またフェルト層の色むらを着色
剤が防止し、外観を向上させることができ、また表面層
をフェルト層に含浸させた着色剤と同色の着色剤を含む
剛性樹脂塗料層により形成したので表皮材や不織布を接
合させる必要がなく、この剛性樹脂塗料層がフェルト層
の補強を兼ねるので強度を向上させることができ、構成
が簡易で作業能率を向上させることができ、且つ著しく

色剤を混合した合成樹脂溶液を含浸させて形成され、前
記表面層はフェルト層に含浸された着色剤と同色の着色
剤を含む合成樹脂塗料層から形成されていることを特徴
