。(Prior art) Fluororubber has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy, and is used as a wiring material for electronic devices that require heat-resistant parts such as microwave ovens. It is also used as an insulating material for heater cords, sensor cords, and the like. Among fluororubbers, tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymers are cheaper than other fluoroelastomers, and are therefore widely used as insulation coating materials for electric wires and cables in addition to the above-mentioned applications.

It is necessary to raise the temperature to ℃. This reduces processing workability and causes problems such as burning of the material.

である。(Means and effects for solving the problems) The heat-resistant insulated wire of the present invention, which has been made to achieve the above object, has two insulator layers, an inner layer and an outer layer, formed from different constituent materials around a conductor. In the heat-resistant insulated wire, the inner layer and the outer layer are formed from a crosslinked product of a composition containing fluororubber, and the degree of crosslinking of the composition forming the outer layer is
The inner layer of the insulator layer has a structure in which the degree of crosslinking is set to be greater than the crosslinking degree of the composition forming the inner layer, and the thickness of the outer layer is 50% or less of the thickness of the total insulator layer. The fluororubber composition (hereinafter referred to as "composition for inner layer") that forms the composition is a mixture of crosslinked fluororubber and various compounding agents.

The degree of crosslinking of these compositions is indicated by the gel fraction of the fluororubber contained in the composition in a tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution.

Further, regarding the degree of crosslinking of these compositions, it is preferable that the gel fraction of both the inner layer composition and the outer layer composition is 80% or more. If the gel fraction is less than 80%, the mechanical strength and the strength of the electric wire itself are unfavorably reduced.

It is possible to mix resins such as a combination of resins and fluororubbers other than the fluororubbers exemplified above. By blending these resins, etc., it is possible to prevent the insulator layer before crosslinking from deforming due to external physical stimulation.

If the blending amount exceeds 50 parts by weight, it is undesirable because processability and aging properties are also reduced.Furthermore, the composition for the outer layer is not suitable for cold flow during uncrosslinking, which causes poor appearance and sparks. In order to reduce the adhesion (stickiness) between members and wires, silicone resin, a graft copolymer of silicone resin and polyolefin, etc. can also be blended. The blending amount of these resins is 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of fluororubber.
Parts by weight or less are preferred. If the blending amount exceeds 20 parts by weight, the mechanical strength of the electric wire will decrease and the aging characteristics will also decrease, which is not preferable.

If this ratio exceeds 50%, the elongation and aging characteristics of the wire will decrease, and the manufacturing cost will also increase. The thickness of this outer layer is preferably 10-40% of the total insulator layer thickness.
