結合されるフランジ部を有しかつ下面に上方に突
出する複数のボス部を有するオイルパンが設けら
れているとともに、該オイルパンに、上記ボス部
にて周囲がボルト締結される略矩形状のバツフル
プレートが設けられており、上記バツフルプレー
トは、その４辺のうちの少なくともトランスミツ
シヨンケースから最も離れた反トランスミツシヨ
ンケース側の第１辺の略中間部と、上記第１辺に
隣接しかつ両側にオイルリターン用切欠部が設け
られた第２辺の略中間部とが上記ボス部に対応し
ていて、上記互いに隣接する両辺の略中間部同士
を結ぶ線に対して略直交する直交線上において対
応する残る２辺の対応部分はその剛性強度が上記
互いに隣接する両辺の略中間部の剛性強度よりも
低剛性になるように形成されていることを特徴と
