    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板にはんだ付け実装された該はんだ付け部に
    光を照射し、その反射光量を光量検出器で検出し
    て該はんだ付け部の劣化検査を行う装置であつて
    、はんだ付けを行つた初期状態における該はんだ
    付け部からの反射光量を記憶する手段と、該はん
    だ付け部の劣化検査時における該はんだ付け部か
    らの反射光量と前記初期状態における反射光量と
    を比較演算してその結果を出力する手段と、該出
    力された情報を表示する表示器とを備えたことを
    特徴とするはんだ付け劣化検査装置。
