This has caused deterioration of high frequency characteristics of protectors, amplifiers, etc. when a lightning surge protection circuit is used. Furthermore, it was necessary to insert an inductance into the high-frequency signal line to compensate for the self-capacitance of the arrester. As described above, not only the high frequency characteristics are not good, but also it is necessary to assemble individual elements when mounting on a device. No single functional element is provided for lightning surge protection that is easy to implement.

The rising and falling portions are formed such that the narrower the distance from the substrate, the narrower the width. In this way, the strip conductor is formed so as to bridge the substrate, and its width is designed according to the distance from the substrate, so that the stray capacitance of the arrester can be efficiently compensated for. As a result, we were able to successfully improve the high frequency characteristics of the lightning surge protection circuit. Furthermore, since this device is sealed with a resin mold and has lead pins protruding from the resin mold, it has the advantage that it can be easily mounted on printed circuit boards of various devices such as protectors and amplifiers. Further, in a second feature of the present invention, one electrode of the arrester is arranged in a state connected to the first strip conductor, and the second strip conductor electrically connected to the other electrode is arranged on the insulating substrate. are arranged in parallel. Since the shape of the second strip conductor is configured to compensate for the stray capacitance and stray inductance caused by the arrester, it is possible to satisfactorily improve the high frequency characteristics of the lightning surge protection circuit. In addition, since the metal case is used, the shielding effect of the circuit is high, and the first
The lead pins have the advantage that it can be easily attached to the printed circuit board of other devices. Further, in the third feature of the present invention, the arrester is disposed on the lead frame, and the rising and falling portions are formed so that the width becomes narrower as the distance from the lead frame becomes narrower. Providing a bridging strip conductor,
This device is formed by resin molding. Therefore, good effects similar to the first feature of the present invention can be obtained in high frequency characteristics, and the present device can be made into a functional device that can be easily mounted on a printed circuit board.

ある。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on specific examples. First Embodiment FIGS. 1 and 2 are diagrams showing a lightning surge protection device according to an embodiment. First strip conductors 21a and 21b, which are ground, are formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the insulating substrate 20. And those strip conductors 21a and 21b are
Electrical connections are made by solder 26 that penetrates the insulating substrate 20 at many locations. Further, on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 20, strip conductors 22a and 23a, which are live wires for propagating high frequency signals, are formed. The strip conductors 22a and 23a are electrically connected to strip conductors 22b and 23b formed on the back surface of the insulating substrate 20 by solder 27. The lead wire 24 of one electrode of the arrester ARR passes through the first strip conductor 21a and the first strip conductor 21b formed on the back surface of the insulating substrate 20, and connects to the first strip conductor 21b on the back surface. Connected by solder. On the other hand, a second strip conductor 30 whose end portion 31 is soldered to the strip conductor 22a disposed on the insulating substrate 20 and whose other end portion 32 is soldered to the strip conductor 23a bridges the arrester ARR. It is arranged like this. That is, the second strip conductor 30 is formed in a shape that rises from an end 31 and falls toward an end 32 with respect to the insulating substrate 20 . In the center of the second strip conductor 30,
The lead wire 25 of the other electrode of the arrester ARR penetrates,
The lead wire 25 and the second strip conductor 30 are electrically connected by solder. As is clear from the developed view shown in FIG. 3, this second strip conductor 30 is formed so that its width becomes narrower as its height from the insulating substrate 20 becomes lower. That is, as the capacitance increases, the inductance also increases to achieve impedance matching. On the other hand, second lead pins 28 and 29 are connected to the first strip conductor 21b formed on the back surface of the insulating substrate 20. Further, a second
First lead pins 33 and 34 are connected to the strip conductors 22b and 23b. Then, the insulating substrate 2
A resin mold 35 is disposed to cover the root portions of the lead pins 28, 29, 30, and 31, the arrester ARR, and the second strip conductor 30. This resin mold 3
A first lead pin 33, 34 and a second lead pin 28, 29 protrude from the bottom of 5. By inserting these lead pins 33, 34, 28, 29 into the grooves of the device's printed circuit board, the lightning surge protection device 1
can be easily installed. As a result of measuring the transmission characteristics of the lightning surge protection circuit having such a configuration, the characteristics shown in FIG. 4 were obtained. As is clear from this measurement result, the insertion loss is 100100O
Even if it exceeds 0.6 dB, it will not become larger than 0.6 dB. In addition, even if the reflection loss exceeds 100,100 O, it is still within the measurement upper limit of 200 O.
It is 20 dB or more up to 0 MHz. For comparison, the transmission characteristics of a conventional circuit were measured. A cylindrical arrester ARR was arranged as shown in FIG. 7, and the transmission characteristics were measured. At this time, the lead wire of the arrester ARR is made as short as possible. The results are shown in FIG. The insertion loss is 1400 M1 (at z or higher, it is 0.5 dB or more, and the return loss is also 20 dB or less at 600 MHz or higher, and 10 dB or less at 1400 MHz or higher. This method is also conventionally used, but it is shown in Fig. 8. As shown, the transmission characteristics when inductance compensation circuits Ll and L2 are provided in addition to the arrester ARR arrangement shown in Fig. 7 are as shown in Fig. 6. At 1500 MHz or higher, the insertion loss is 0. .6 dB or more, and the return loss is 20 dB or less.In this way, the lightning surge protection circuit of the present invention has a
It showed good characteristics in both insertion loss and reflection loss up to the high band of MHz. The insulating substrate 20, arrester ARR, and second strip conductor 30 disposed inside the resin mold 35 may have the following configuration. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the arrester ARR may be erected by threading. That is, a conductive pedestal 50 is connected by solder to a first strip conductor 21a formed on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 20, and a screw is cut into the inner surface of the pedestal 50. The ground electrode 5 of the arrester ARR is formed in a ring shape around the side of the arrester.
It has screws cut into it. Then, by screwing these screws together, the arrester ARR is erected on the insulating substrate 2o. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 10, the live electrode 58 of the arrester ARR and the second strip conductor 55 may be joined. That is, the electrode 58 of the arrester ARR is formed into a dish shape,

is formed. The convex portion 57 is a dish-shaped electrode 58.
By being fitted with the arrester ^RR and the second
Electrical and mechanical connections of the J tube conductor 55 are made. Further, in the above embodiment, a cylindrical arrester ARR was used, but a neon tube type arrester may be used as shown in FIG. Furthermore, other elements such as diodes may be arranged in addition to the arrester ARR under the second strip conductor that bridges the arrester ARR. Note that in the above embodiment, the second S) IJ tube conductor 30
, 40.55 are used as live wires through which high-frequency signals pass, but the second strip conductor 30.40.55 may be grounded, and the first strip conductors 21a and 21b may be used as live wires through which high-frequency signals pass. Second Embodiment In FIG. 12, a first strip conductor 61, which is a ground, is provided on an insulating substrate 60 as in the first embodiment. On the first strip conductor 61, an arrester ARR is erected with its ground electrode 62 connected. On the other hand, the live electrode 63 of the arrester ARR is connected to a flat second strip conductor 64 through which a high frequency signal passes. As shown in FIG. 13, the width of the second strip conductor 64 at the upper part W of the arrester ARR is narrower than that at its peripheral parts x and Y. With such a shape, stray capacitance and stray inductance caused by the arrester ARR can be compensated well, and high frequency characteristics can be improved. On the other hand, the insulating substrate 60 is placed on a flat base 66 made of metal. The first lead bins 65a, 65b pass through the insulating substrate 60 and the base 66 and are electrically connected to the ground first strip conductor 61. Further, the insulating substrate 60 is covered from above with a metal case 67, and the metal case 67 is joined to the base 66 at its periphery. Second lead pins 68a and 68b are joined to both ends of the second strip conductor 64, and the second lead pins 68a and 68b penetrate through the side surface of the metal case 67 while being insulated from the metal case 67. It is projected outward. The second lead pin 68a serves as a lead pin for inputting a high frequency signal, and the second lead pin 68b serves as a lead pin for outputting a high frequency signal. In the lightning surge protection device having the above structure, a capacitance for compensation is formed between the second strip conductor 64, the first strip conductor 61 which is the ground, and the upper surface 67a of the metal case 67, and the second strip conductor 64 is grounded. The shape of the IJ tube conductor 64 shown in FIG. 13 forms an inductance for compensation. Therefore, in this embodiment, the second strip conductor 64 is connected to the first strip conductor 61 at ground.
configured parallel to Third Embodiment In the third embodiment, a lightning surge protection device is formed by placing an arrester on a lead frame and molding it with resin. In FIG. 14, the lead frame 70 includes a ground land 71, an input land door 2 into which a high frequency signal is input, an output land door 3 from which a high frequency signal is output, input lead bins 74a and 74b which serve as input terminals for the high frequency signal, and an output of the high frequency signal. It is composed of an output lead bin 75a and 75h1 earth lead bins 76a and 76b which serve as terminals. On the ground land 71, as in the first embodiment, an arrester ARR is erected with its ground electrode 77 connected. In addition, a strip conductor 79 is attached to the live electrode 78.
are joined. Input side end 8 of strip conductor 79
0 is soldered to the input land door 2, and the output end 81 of the strip conductor 79 is soldered to the output land door 3. In this way, the arrester ARR, the strip conductor 79, the lead pins 74a, 74b,
The lead frame 70 except 75a, 75b, 76a, and 76b is insert molded to form a resin mold 82.
is formed. Such a lightning surge protection device made of resin molding can be easily installed in a groove of a printed circuit board, and can be provided as a single functional element. In this embodiment, the strip conductor 79 bridging the arrester ARR is constructed as a live wire through which a high frequency signal passes, but the bridging strip conductor 79 is grounded, and the ground wire of the above embodiment is formed as a live wire. It is also possible.
