- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外歯を有するパンチと内歯を有するダイスとの
相対的な挿通動作により板金製の円筒体の周壁部
に歯形状のスプラインをしごき成形するスプライ
ン成形装置において、 上記パンチの外歯はその軸方向に不変な歯形を
有する一方、ダイスは円筒体の挿入開口側からス
プライン歯面荒成形部、スプライン歯先仕上成形
部、スプライン歯面仕上成形部を順次有しており
、上記スプライン歯先仕上成形部はスプライン歯
面荒成形部の歯底より小径の歯底に形成され、ス
プライン歯面仕上げ成形部はスプライン歯面荒成
形部の歯巾より大きな歯巾に形成されていること
を特徴とするスプライン成形装置。
