ａ 産業上の利用分野
本考案は、桃、プラム等の核果類に属する果実
に使用する果実袋の改良に関する。
ｂ 従来の技術
一般に、この種の果実は、りんご、梨等の仁果
類に属する果実に比して果梗が著しく短く、枝に
密着した態様で結実するので、果梗に果実袋を結
束することができない。そこで従来、この種の果
実に対しては、袋の正面側及び背面側の開口縁中
央部にほぼＵまたはＶ字状の切り欠け部を設けた
果実袋を使用し、この切り欠け部に果実上方の枝
を挿入したのち、この枝の上方でその開口縁の付
近を結束するようにしていた。
ｃ 考案が解決しようとする問題点
ところで梨の袋掛け作業には、近年、袋掛能率
具（通称「オープンケース」：実開昭56−100172
号）が普及し、袋掛け能率の向上に貢献してき
た。これは、予め多数の果実袋を枠内に収納して
おき、袋の開口縁中央部を指で摘み引き出すこと
により、拡開された袋が取り出せるようにしたも
のである。
しかし、核果類の果実に使用する果実袋は、開
口縁中央部に大きな切り欠け部が設けてあるた
め、袋掛け能率具に使用することはできなつた。
このため、その袋掛けにあたつては、一枚ごとに
開口部より息を吹き込み、これを膨らませるとい
う非能率的な作業を要した。
近年、果樹栽培農家では、労働力不足が深刻化
しており、核果類に属する果実に使用する果実袋
についても、袋掛能率具の使用を可能にすること
が、要望されている。
ｄ 問題点を解決するための手段
本考案はこのような事情に鑑みてなされたもの
で、その目的とするところは、核果類の果実に使
用する果実袋でありながら、袋掛能率具を使用す
ることができる果実袋を提供することにあり、そ
の要旨は、開口縁の両側部に設けた一対の湾曲し
た切り欠け部７ａ，７ｂと、正面側の開口縁中央
部に設けた結縛用止金４と、背面側の開口縁中央
部に設けた爪掛け欠截部６とを備えてなる果実袋
にある。
以下、本考案に係る果実袋の実施例を、添付図
面に基づき詳細に説明する。
第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す斜視図、第２
図は同袋を袋掛能率具により拡開させる態様を示
す説明図、第３図は同袋の袋掛け状態を示す斜視
図である。
本実施例の果実袋１は、第１図に示すように二
層抄き合せ紙を中央部貼代２と底部貼代３により
袋状に形成したものであり、その外面側は白色、
内面側は黒色を呈している。中央部貼代２の開口
側には、結縛用止金４が封止されており、底部貼
代３の両端には、排水口５ａ，５ｂが設けられて
いる。また、背面側の開口縁中央部には、袋内に
指を挿入するのを容易にするために爪掛け欠截部
６が設けられている。さらに、開口縁の両側部に
は、一対の湾曲した切り欠け部７ａ，７ｂが設け
られている。これら切り欠け部７ａ，７ｂは、こ
の果実袋１を袋掛け能率具に収納した場合、その
各下端が袋の上部を横断する押圧部材よりも上方
に位置するように形成することがのぞましい。な
お、その長さＬは全長の1/5ないし1/3に、またそ
の幅Ｓは０ないし20mmにするのが好ましい。
上記構成の果実袋１は次のように使用する。ま
ず、第２図に示すようにこの果実袋１を適数枚
（例えば200ないし300枚）重ねて袋掛能率具（実
開昭56−100172号のもの）の収納台に載せ、その
上に押圧部材１００を置いてこれを押圧する。つ
ぎに、止金４の上部を親指と中指で摘み、人差指
を爪掛け欠截部６から袋内に挿入してその開口端
部を同図に示すように引き起す。そして、これを
上方（同図の紙面に垂直な方向）に引き上げる
と、その両側辺が案内部材１０１ａ，１０１ｂに
当接されながらこの間を通過していくために、袋
内に順次空気が流入していき、十分に拡開した状
態で袋は引き出される。ところで、この果実袋１
は、梨、りんご等の果実に使用されている、この
ような切り欠け部が設けられてないものに較べて
袋掛能率具からの引き出しがスムーズに行われ
る。また、切り欠け部７ａ，７ｂは袋の内側へ向
つて凸に湾曲させて形成することで、袋掛能率具
から果実袋１を引き出す際、切り欠け部７ａ，７
ｂの下端に応力が集中しないようにしてある。
次いで、袋の下方側の両側辺を他方の手で軽く
挟みながら、果実ａを袋内に収納し、その上方の
枝ｂを両切り欠け部７ａ，７ｂの下端に当接させ
る。最後に、袋の開口端部を背面側に折り曲げる
と、そこに封止された止金４が変形して、果実袋
１は、第３図に示すように枝ｂに結縛される。
本考案は一重果実袋ばかりでなく、多重構造の
ものについても、適用することができ、その場合
においても、一重構造のものと同様な効果が期待
できる。
なお、本考案の効果を確認するために次の実験
を行なつた。まず、三人の作業者（Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ）
により従来の果実袋について袋掛け作業を２時間
行ない、１時間休憩後、本考案の果実袋について
袋掛能率具を用いて同様な作業を行い、これら果
実袋について、各作業者の袋掛け枚数を調べた。
この結果、本考案の果実袋は、下表に示す如く
従来のものに較べて袋掛け能率が優れていること
が判つた。
