置してあるメタン発酵装置であつて、前記ろ過膜
3群が、架台12上で上下に積層した複数の膜モ
ジユール5から成り、前記散気装置1からの気泡
を最下部の前記膜モジユール5に案内するほぼ筒
状の第1ガイド壁13を、前記架台12の周部に
設け、上方に隣接する前記膜モジユール5に対し
て前記気泡を案内するほぼ筒状の第2ガイド壁1
4を、前記膜モジユール5の周部に設けて、前記
膜モジユール5を上下に積層した時に隣接するも
のどうしがほぼ連通する上下長さに形成してある
メタン発酵装置。 2 並設した多数のチユーブ状ろ過膜3を、上部

ユール5に対して前記気泡を案内する第2ガイド
壁14を、上部ほど前記膜モジユール5の中心寄
りに傾斜させて前記膜モジユール5の周部に設け
