Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 並設した多数のチユーブ状ろ過膜３を、上部
に前記ろ過膜３の出入口１０を設け、且つ、下部
に散気装置１を設けたメタン発酵槽２内に浸漬配
置してあるメタン発酵装置であつて、前記ろ過膜
３群が、架台１２上で上下に積層した複数の膜モ
ジユール５から成り、前記散気装置１からの気泡
を最下部の前記膜モジユール５に案内するほぼ筒
状の第１ガイド壁１３を、前記架台１２の周部に
設け、上方に隣接する前記膜モジユール５に対し
て前記気泡を案内するほぼ筒状の第２ガイド壁１
４を、前記膜モジユール５の周部に設けて、前記
膜モジユール５を上下に積層した時に隣接するも
のどうしがほぼ連通する上下長さに形成してある
メタン発酵装置。 ２ 並設した多数のチユーブ状ろ過膜３を、上部
に前記ろ過膜３の出入口１０を設け、且つ、下部
に散気装置１を設けたメタン発酵槽２内に浸漬配
置してあるメタン発酵装置であつて、前記ろ過膜
３群が、架台１２上で上下に積層した複数の膜モ
ジユール５から成り、前記散気装置１からの気泡
を最下部の前記膜モジユール５に案内し、且つ、
上部ほど前記膜モジユール５の中心寄りに傾斜し
た斜面を有する第１ガイド壁１３を、前記架台１
２のほぼ全周に設け、上方に隣接する前記膜モジ
ユール５に対して前記気泡を案内する第２ガイド
壁１４を、上部ほど前記膜モジユール５の中心寄
りに傾斜させて前記膜モジユール５の周部に設け
てあるメタン発酵装置。 ３ 前記積層した複数の膜モジユール５は、横方
向に並列に配置してある請求項１又は２記載のメ
タン発酵装置。 ４ 前記積層した膜モジユール５を多数横方向に
並列に配置した状態で、前記第２ガイド壁１４を
、互いに隣接する前記膜モジユール５間には設け
ずに、並設した前記膜モジユール５を全て囲繞す
る状態に形成してある請求項１又は２記載のメタ
ン発酵装置。 ５ 前記第２ガイド壁１４を互に隣接する前記膜
モジユール５間には設けていない状態のチユーブ
状ろ過膜３のピツチ（膜間隔）は隣接膜モジユー
ル５，５間のろ過膜ピツチを含め同一間隔として
ある請求項４記載のメタン発酵装置。
