きる。By the way, when packaging valuables such as jewelry, coins, medals, banknotes, stamps, etc. using such two-sheet packaging, the resulting package does not allow the adhesive between the two sheets to be peeled off. This allows the items stored inside to be altered or exchanged for counterfeit items. It is also possible to forge the sheet material of the package itself and place a counterfeit item in the package as a valuable item, making it appear as if both the wrapped contents and the package are genuine.

。Therefore, in order to prevent these, the package material should be made of a sheet material that is difficult to counterfeit, and if the package is constructed by gluing two sheets together, it is necessary to peel them off and alter the contents. One idea would be to make it easy to tell when the item has been exchanged, but in the past, printed sheets were used that were difficult to counterfeit. It's not difficult, but it's not a sufficient solution. In addition, a satisfactory package structure capable of detecting peeling and opening has not been obtained.

Moreover, the hologram image reproduced from the transparent relief hologram sheet of one sheet material can be reproduced by being superimposed on the surface or inside of the background article, and a special design effect can be obtained. Moreover, by selecting special images, reproduction methods, and reproduction light to be reproduced, it is possible to manufacture products that are easy to confirm as genuine and are difficult to counterfeit. Even if an attempt is made to tamper with the sealed item or replace it with a counterfeit one by peeling off the adhesive between the two sheet materials and opening the package, the adhesive force will be properly distributed between the adhesive layers. By doing this, peeling does not occur at the adhesive part between both sheet materials, but at the hologram relief surface, and by causing destruction of the hologram relief surface when this portion is peeled off, It becomes impossible to repair the opening. Since the destruction of the hologram relief surface can be easily seen and confirmed, it can be easily confirmed whether the package has been opened or not. In addition, when it is necessary to align and bond both sheet materials, since both sheet materials are transparent, alignment can be easily performed while looking at the pattern provided on the other sheet and the reproduced image from the hologram. There are also benefits.

。The present invention is particularly characterized by the structure of the lower sheet material 3, which mainly consists of a transparent substrate layer 5 that maintains the mechanical strength of the lower sheet material 3 and ensures its thickness; A transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is bonded to the transparent hologram multilayer body 6 via a first transparent adhesive layer 7. On the surface of the substrate layer 5 opposite to the surface to which the transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is adhered, there is a heat-sensitive layer made of a material similar to that of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 13 provided on the lower surface of the upper sheet material 2. The adhesive layer 8 is the second
They are bonded together via a transparent adhesive layer 9. The transparent hologram multilayer body 6 includes a transparent relief hologram layer 11 provided on a hologram layer support layer 10 and a transparent reflective layer 12 provided on the relief surface of the hologram layer 11.

The uneven pattern (relief pattern) of this photoresist is transferred to a mold, and the relief pattern of the mold is replicated on the material constituting the hologram layer 11. On this relief surface, a hologram layer 11
When the transparent layer 12 is provided with a refractive index larger than the refractive index of the material (the refractive index may be relatively small), the incident light is Fresnel-reflected at the interface due to the refractive index difference, and this reflected light is Since it has a wavefront modulated by the relief surface, the recorded image of the object can be reproduced.

Alternatively, there is a method in which the substrate layer 5 and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 8 are first bonded together, a transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is separately produced, and the transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is laminated on the substrate layer 5 and bonded. In the former case, the hologram layer support layer 10 is first prepared, the above-described material for forming the hologram layer 11 is coated on it to a desired thickness, and a mold having a relief hologram pattern is formed on this coated film. For example, it is pressed and duplicated to form the hologram layer 11. The relief surface of the hologram layer IX is chemically
A corona discharge is applied to the relief surface in order to physically activate it and improve the affinity of the transparent reflective layer 12 to the hologram layer 11, thereby improving its adhesion. The degree of this discharge will be described later. Next, a transparent reflective layer 12 is formed on the activated relief surface by vacuum evaporation or the like. After that, a urethane adhesive is applied on the transparent reflective layer 12 and dried, and the substrate layer 5 is stacked on the transparent reflective layer 12, and the adhesive layer forms the first transparent adhesive layer 7 to form a transparent reflective layer. A substrate layer 5 is glued onto layer 12. The adhesive strength of this transparent adhesive layer 7 is
Adjustments will be made as described below. Next, urethane adhesive is similarly applied to the opposite side of the substrate layer 5 and dried, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer 8 is overlaid on the substrate layer 5 so that the adhesive is in contact with the second side. A transparent adhesive layer 9 is formed and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer 8 is adhered onto the substrate layer 5. The adhesive force of this second transparent adhesive layer 9 is also adjusted as described later. As above,
The lower sheet material 3 is completed.

Perform corona discharge. If this discharge is not performed, the adhesive strength between the two will be extremely weak and cannot be put to practical use. The higher the degree of this treatment, the stronger the adhesive strength becomes. Therefore, in order to adjust 1 to the above, it is sufficient to adjust this corona discharge time. In addition, the first adhesive layer 7 and the second adhesive layer 9 are dry laminated using a urethane adhesive, but in the case of a urethane adhesive, there are several ways to change the adhesive strength. There is. The first is to change its glass transition point (Tg). Increasing the Tg makes it brittle and lowers the adhesive strength, while lowering the Tg makes it softer and increases the adhesive strength. The urethane adhesive is made of polyol and isocyanate, and by selecting each type, the glass transition point (Tg) can be changed.
It is possible to satisfy A1ζA2<A3 or A1'=, A2<A3. The second method is to change the proportion of polyol and isocyanate. Usually, the ratio is 1:1-3, but if the ratio is 1=5 or more, the adhesive becomes hard and the adhesive strength decreases. A third method is to add epoxy-based materials to the polyol and isocyanate to harden and reduce adhesive strength. As described above, when an ionomer or the like is used for the heat-sensitive adhesive layers 8 and 13, an adhesion with good low-temperature sealing properties and high film strength can be obtained. Therefore, the above relationship A2<A4 can be easily obtained. As a specific example, A4 is 3kg/l
5mm, A3 is 1-2kg/15mm, A1
, A2 is about 2 (16) to 3 (16) g/15 mm, but it is easy to change to other strengths.

Even if it is sealed, its condition can be checked from the outside. Therefore, the color, shape, pattern, flaws, etc. of the article 1 inside can be clearly seen. Moreover, since the transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is integrally incorporated into the lower sheet material 3, the reproduced hologram image can be reproduced by superimposing it on the surface or inside of the background article 1, creating a special design effect. can be obtained. Moreover, by selecting special images, reproduction methods, and reproduction light to be reproduced, it is possible to manufacture products that are easy to confirm as genuine and are difficult to counterfeit.

。If an attempt is made to alter the sealed article 1 or replace it with a counterfeit one, the adhesive portion 4 of both sheet materials 2.
When trying to open the package by peeling off the adhesive layer, the above-mentioned Al';A2<A3. Because of the relationship A4, peeling does not occur at the adhesive part 4 and the hologram layer 11
This occurs between the transparent reflective layer 12 and the transparent reflective layer 12 and the substrate layer 5. And the adhesion force AI between these,!
Since =A2 is approximately equal, the intermediate transparent reflective layer 12 is finely divided into the hologram layer 11 side and the substrate layer 5 side due to spatial variations in adhesive strength. Therefore, the transparent reflective layer 12 is destroyed and becomes irreparable. Hologram effect (
Since the destruction of the transparent reflective layer 12 (having an image reproduction function) can be easily confirmed, it can be easily confirmed whether or not this package has already been opened. Note that when the upper sheet material 2 and the lower sheet material 3 must be aligned and bonded, since both sheet materials 2.3 are transparent, the pattern provided on the other sheet and the hologram layer 11 will not be visible. Another advantage is that positioning can be easily performed while viewing the reproduced image.

きる。In the case of the above example, the transparent reflective layer 12 is finely cracked and divided into the hologram layer 11 side and the substrate layer 5 side due to the naturally occurring spatial variations in adhesive strength. During the corona discharge treatment of the relief surface of No. 11, for example, a mask may be inserted onto the relief surface so that uneven corona discharge occurs. Further, the adhesive areas of the first adhesive layer 7 may be provided in discrete micro patterns. Furthermore, it is also effective to use a brittle hologram as the transparent hologram multilayer body 6. As shown in FIG.
0 and before applying the material for forming the hologram layer 11, a transparent mold release layer 15 with a desired fine pattern is applied to the coating surface.
is applied, and the hologram layer 11 is applied with the layer 15 in between.
It is constructed by coating adhesive layer 7 to transparent reflective layer 1.
When a force is applied to separate the hologram layer 11 and the reflective layer 12 from the hologram layer support layer 10, the hologram layer 11 and the reflective layer 12 at the position where the release layer 15 is present are reliably separated from the hologram layer support layer 10. If the adhesive strength is selected so that the remaining portions of the hologram layer 11 and reflective layer 12 remain on the support layer 10, the hologram layer 11 itself will be destroyed, so the objective can be achieved. .

It is effective to provide the adhesive portion 4 around the recess 14 with a cut 16 that reaches at least the vicinity of the first adhesive layer 12 . In this way, sheets 2 and 3
In order to peel off the transparent reflective layer 12 , one has to try to fold down the outer part 17 of the cut 16 .
Otherwise, a portion of the hologram layer 11 may peel off.
The above objective can be achieved reliably.

It is not necessarily necessary, but may be omitted as long as the adhesiveness between the upper sheet material 2 and the substrate layer 5 can be ensured. Similarly, the hologram layer support layer 10 is not necessarily required.

This is because the substrate layer 5 that constitutes the mechanical support portion of the lower sheet material 3 is made of PET. In such a case, if a material different from the material constituting the lower sheet material 3 is used as the upper sheet material 2, the bonded portion 4 will curve after bonding due to the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between the two. However, when polyester such as PET film is used as the upper sheet material 2, since the PET film is usually formed by biaxial stretching, the recesses 14 are formed in the PET film.
When molding, wrinkle-like unevenness occurs on the surface and the inside article 1
becomes difficult to see. In order to avoid such drawbacks, it is preferable to use an amorphous polyester film such as amorphous PET as the material for the upper sheet material 2. Even when the amorphous PET film is formed with the recesses 14, wrinkle-like irregularities do not occur on the surface, and the article 1 therein does not become difficult to see.

。Note that the same effect as described above can be achieved even if a sheet body in which the transparent hologram multilayer body 6 is provided on the outer surface is used as the upper sheet material 2, similarly to the lower sheet material 3.
