The voltage stored in the electrolytic capacitor is discharged by shorting the anode and cathode terminals of the capacitor with a resistor, etc. The completed electrolytic capacitor is then packaged and shipped, but this electrolytic capacitor has the property of restoring voltage, and over time a voltage is generated between the anode and cathode terminals of the electrolytic capacitor.

For example, if an electrolytic capacitor removed from a packaging device is attached to a set, the return voltage may destroy other parts, or if a person touches between the anode and cathode terminals of the electrolytic capacitor, they may receive an electric shock. It causes problems such as receiving or receiving. When we investigated this voltage recovery phenomenon using a 330V, DC 260μF electrolytic -1 capacitor, we found the results shown in Figure 4.As is clear from Figure 4, the voltage recovery phenomenon lasts for a long time. Since the discharge continues for a long period of time, no reliable measures can be taken against temporary discharge. In this case, it is economical and reliable to take measures using packaging equipment that stores electrolytic capacitors for a long period of time, but there is a problem in that conventional packaging equipment cannot be used as a countermeasure.

An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device for electrolytic capacitors that can be stored in a state in which the electrolytic capacitors are stored in an exposed state.

This eliminates the problem of voltage being generated between the two. It also constitutes a conductive material sheet that short-circuits the anode terminal and cathode terminal of the electrolytic capacitor. For example, corrugated cardboard coated with conductive paint on one side, or conductive air caps in sheet form, have a moderate amount of elasticity, so they act as protectors for the anode and cathode terminals, as well as for electrolytic capacitors. Because the weight of the electrolytic capacitor slightly bites into the anode and cathode terminals of the electrolytic capacitor, short-circuiting between the anode and cathode terminals is ensured.

Since the electrolytic capacitor 14 is stored in the cardboard box 11 with the electrolytic capacitor 14 short-circuited, even if the voltage is restored to the electrolytic capacitor 14, it is always discharged, and as a result, the electrolytic Anode terminal 1 of capacitor 14
Since no voltage is generated between 3a and cathode terminal 13b, even if this electrolytic capacitor 14 is installed in the set,
Other parts will not be destroyed (and even if a person touches between the anode terminal 13a and the cathode terminal 13b of the electrolytic capacitor 14, there will be no electric shock, thereby providing a highly safe electrolytic capacitor. be able to.

An electrolytic capacitor having an anode terminal and a cathode terminal on one end surface is arranged and housed so that the anode terminal and cathode terminal are in contact with a conductive material sheet, so that the distance between the anode terminal and the cathode terminal of the electrolytic capacitor is The electrolytic capacitor taken out from this packaging device as a set is always short-circuited by the conductive material sheet, and as a result, no voltage is generated between the anode terminal and the cathode terminal due to the phenomenon of voltage recovery of the electrolytic capacitor. Even if the electrolytic capacitor is installed, other parts will not be destroyed (and even if a person touches between the anode terminal and the cathode terminal of the electrolytic capacitor, there will be no electric shock, so we supply highly safe electrolytic capacitors. Because of its moderate elasticity, it serves to protect the anode and cathode terminals, and the weight of the electrolytic capacitor slightly bites into the anode and cathode terminals of the electrolytic capacitor, ensuring that there is no short circuit between the two terminals. It is something that can be done.
