[Prior art and its problems] As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional cell culture device of this type has a structure in which the rectifier tube 9a is installed in the container 2a with support legs 8a, and therefore, the following problems occur. The dot was hot.

That is, when callus, which is a lump-like mass made of differentiation products of microorganisms and animal and plant cells, grows and becomes large, the growing callus is attached to the support legs 8a, because in conventional cell culture vessels, the support legs 8a were installed upright on the bottom 3a. A large number of calluses were caught and deposited near the support legs 8a, making it impossible for the cultured material to rise sufficiently, making it difficult to circulate and flow the culture solution smoothly, making it difficult to achieve uniform culture. Also, as the cells grow,
It becomes necessary to replace the culture solution with a nutrient-rich culture solution, but
In the conventional cell culture vessel, the lower periphery of the rectifying tube 9a and the container 2
Since the gap between the inner bottom surfaces of a was constant, when the culture solution was replaced with a highly viscous and concentrated culture solution, the gap was narrowed by the grown callus, and the circulation flow of the culture solution could not be carried out smoothly. Uniform growth was further inhibited, and it was also difficult to replace the culture solution according to the growth stage.

[Summary of the invention] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, improves the circulation flow of the culture medium, enables uniform culture, and even when replacing the culture medium corresponding to the growth stage of cells.
The purpose is to ensure that this circulation flow is not obstructed, and the cylinder body with open upper and lower surfaces is placed above the discharge hole provided at the bottom of the container through which microbubbles are supplied. It is characterized in that it is hung vertically from above the container, and does not have legs or the like for supporting the rectifying cylinder at the inner bottom of the container.

A container 2 into which a culture solution 1 is injected together with a cultured material such as animal or plant cells or microorganisms has a hemispherical bottom 3, and a filter 5a to which microbubbles 4 are supplied to the bottom of the container 2 has a hemispherical bottom 3. A discharge hole 5 is provided. The upper part of the container 2 has a lid 6 and a clip 1.

A rectifying tube 9, which is a cylindrical body with open upper and lower surfaces, is suspended from the adjustment rod 7 via a filament 8. An appropriate interval is provided between the rectifier cylinder 9 and the inner bottom surface of the container 2, and the hanging position of the rectifier cylinder 9 is determined so that it does not protrude from the liquid level 10.

[Operation] Air supplied from the air pipe 11 is supplied into the culture solution 1 as microbubbles 4 by the filter 5a provided in the discharge hole 5.

Since the straightening tube 9 is provided directly above the discharge hole 5, the fine bubbles 4 rise through the inside of the straightening tube 9. As the microbubbles 4 move, the culture solution 1
also rises inside the rectifier tube 9 and passes through the rectifier tube 9,
A downward flow flows between the outer circumferential surface of the straightening cylinder 9 and the inner circumferential surface of the container 2.

In this way, the culture solution 1 mixed with the cultured material circulates and flows, but there is no obstacle like the conventional support leg 8a between the rectifying tube 9 and the inner bottom surface of the container 2. Even when the cultured material grows, the rise of the microbubbles 4 is not inhibited, and the circulating flow of the culture solution 1 is performed smoothly.

In the case of culturing plant cells, the gap between the rectifying cylinder 9 and the inner bottom surface of the container 2 becomes relatively narrow as the cells grow. By pulling the cylinder 9 upward, the above-mentioned gap is maintained in an optimum state, and the rise of the microbubbles 4 is ensured to ensure smooth circulation and flow of the culture solution 1. Since the rectifying tube 9 is vertically installed from above the container 2 and does not require any legs or the like, the bottom portion 3 of the container 2 can be formed into a hemispherical shape. In such a case, the circulating flow of the culture solution becomes even smoother, and the culture can be homogenized and promoted.

When replacing the culture solution with nutrient-rich culture solution 1 as the cultured cells grow, if the cultured cells are very small, use a discharge tube (not shown) with a mesh filter at the tip. It is inserted into the discharge port 13 and discharged using the siphon principle, or sucked out using a suction pump (not shown).

Furthermore, when the cells to be cultured have grown, if the supply of air from the air pipe 11 is stopped, the cells will sink to the bottom 3 of the container, so the supernatant liquid should be drained into a discharge pipe (not shown) without a filter. and suck it up.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the cell culture device according to the present invention,
A rectifying tube with open upper and lower surfaces is vertically installed from above the container, and since there is no leg piece etc. at the bottom of the container to support the rectifying tube, it is possible to control the flow of cultured cells or the culture medium at any stage of growth. Regardless of the viscosity of the culture solution, the culture solution can be circulated smoothly, and cells to be cultured can be uniformly cultured.

In addition, as shown in the examples, when the bottom of the container is formed into a hemispherical shape, there is no dead space on the outer peripheral side of the inner bottom of the container, and the circulating flow of the culture solution is further promoted. If the tube is vertically installed so that it can be raised and lowered, it can be raised and lowered depending on the growth of the cultured material or the viscosity of the culture solution, etc., thereby providing the effect of obtaining an optimal circulating flow.
