Claims (1)
- 部品高さの測定において、被測定物に対し上下
動可能なブロツクと、該ブロツク内でブロツクと
同方向に摺動するスリーブと、さらに該スリーブ
内で摺動する測定端子と、該測定端子を下方位置
に押し下げる為のバネと、該バネを保持すると共
に、前記スリーブと共に上下動するアングルと、
該アングルに固定され、前記測定端子の移動量を
測定する変位センサーと、前記スリーブ下方に設
けられ、被測定物の基準面に接触する治具とから
構成されたことを特徴とする高さ測定装置。
