- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 連続移動するワークｗの前面ｗｆに当接させた
接触子６の、ベースフレーム２に対する相対変位
量を検出し乍ら、そのベースフレームを自動走行
させて前記相対変位量を一定値に維持するワーク
追従装置において、 前記接触子６の、ベースフレーム２に対する直
線変位を回転変位に変換する歯車機構１６を設け
るとともに、その歯車機構の回転変位量を検出す
る変位計測手段１７を設けてなるワーク追従装置
のワーク変位検出構造。
