することによって、ゴム蛇腹を成形する方法が知られて

た状態の伸縮性の布帛11に貼り合わせて形成されたシ
ート1を、表面に一定間隔を置いて山形状の突条21.
21・・・を形成した型2に圧接固定して、未加硫ゴム
生地12を加硫することを特徴とするゴム蛇腹の成形法

(発明の作用効果)
この発明は1以上のように予め伸縮性の布帛11に未加
硫ゴム生地12を貼り合わせたシート1を型2に圧接固
定して加硫するだけなので、蛇腹の成形が極めて簡便で
低コストに成形できる。また加硫後、ゴム生地が収縮し
ても伸張された状態の伸縮性の布帛11が収縮してもと
の状態にもどるため、加硫後、ゴムシート1と伸縮性の
布帛11間に、実質的な収縮差が生じることなく、成形
されたゴム蛇腹が変形したり、その表面に皺が発生した
りすることなく、外観が良好なゴム蛇腹を提供すること
