- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のスリツト列が形成された符号板を有する
光学式エンコーダの各スリツト列を挟んで発光手
段と受光手段を対向配置し、受光手段の光検出信
号から前記符号板の回転速度を検出する速度検出
装置において、 各受光手段の光検出信号の検出値に、光検出信
号の検出精度に比例した重み付け係数を掛けて荷
重平均して速度検出値を求める演算手段を具備し
たことを特徴とする速度検出装置。
