Generally, a bag-shaped filter is installed in the air path of ventilation air conditioning equipment, and dust is removed by ventilation through the bag-shaped filter. In this bag-type filter device, a number of bag-type filters equal to or greater than the amount of air to be processed are installed according to a filter arrangement determined from the external dimensions of the air passage. For example, in a facility that exhausts an air volume of 100,000 m 3 /h, if the rated air volume of one bag filter is 3300 m 3 /h, the required number of bag filters is [100000 m 3 /h] ÷ [ 3300m 3 /h] = 30.3..., and 31 or more filters are required. At this time, if the arrangement of 31 or more filters is defined as 5 stages x 7 rows based on the external dimensions of the air path of the device, the number of filters to be installed will be 5 stages x 7 rows = 35 filters. Alternatively, since the required number is 31, closing plates may be installed for the extra four.

An example of the configuration of the bag-shaped filter device determined as described above is shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. That is, the inside of the main body 1 of the device is shut off by the bag-shaped filter 3 provided on the filter mounting frame 2, and each through-hole of the mounting frame 2, which is divided into 5 stages x 7 rows in the shape of a base board, has a bag-shaped filter. Filter 3 is attached. An air inlet air passage 4 is provided on the front and rear walls of the main body 1 in correspondence with the opening side of the filter 3, and an air outlet air passage 5 is provided in correspondence to the tail end of the filter 3. Therefore, when operating ventilation and air conditioning equipment,
As shown in FIG. 6, the bag-shaped filter 3 bulges toward the air outlet airway 5 on the leeward side and performs a dust collection function.

However, in the above-mentioned bag-type filter device, when the operation of the ventilation air conditioning equipment is stopped, the bag-type filter 3, which has flowed in a bulged state to the leeward side as shown in FIGS. ~ As shown in Figure 8, it becomes a sagging state. For this reason,
A phenomenon occurs in which the air that had been flowing until the operation was stopped is pushed back in the opposite direction, and the bag-shaped filter 3 is
There was a problem in which pressure was applied from the normal leeward side to the windward side. In particular, in the case of a system in which a standby unit is provided in the ventilation air conditioning equipment and the standby unit is activated at the same time as the operating unit is stopped, the pressure sent to the standby unit due to backflow may become even greater. Therefore, as a result of a backflow occurring when the bag-shaped filter 3 is hanging down as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the pressure loss coefficient of the bag-shaped filter 3 increases, and the pressure applied from the leeward side also increases. There were problems leading to damage to the bag-shaped filter 3 and damage to the filter mounting frame 2, which led to problems with the integrity of the ventilation air conditioning equipment.

The present invention focuses on the above-mentioned conventional problems and reduces the pressure applied to the bag filter even if backflow occurs in the bag filter device due to the suspension of operation of ventilation air conditioning equipment, etc., and reduces the pressure on the bag filter, causing damage to the filter and damage to the mounting frame. It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag-shaped filter device that prevents the occurrence of.

In order to achieve the above object, the bag-type filter device according to the present invention is a bag-type filter device that performs ventilation and dust removal by disposing a bag-type filter in the middle of an air path so as to block the air path. The structure is such that a damper that is opened by backflow of ventilation is provided at the mounting part of the filter.

With the above configuration, for example, when the main engine stops operating and a pressure difference occurs across the bag-shaped filter placed in the air path, and a backflow of air from the leeward side to the windward occurs, the bag-shaped filter The damper provided at the mounting part opens and the pressure is released. As a result, pressure due to backflow is not applied to the filter itself or its mounting frame, and problems such as damage to the filter do not occur.

1 to 3 show the structure of a bag-shaped filter device according to an embodiment. As shown in the figure, this bag-shaped filter device has a container-shaped device main body 10 constituting an air path, and a lattice-shaped filter mounting frame 12 is disposed within this main body 10 so as to block the front and back. A bag-shaped filter 14 is installed in each square of the

The bag-shaped filter 14 is installed so that its opening faces upwind during normal operation, and the air introduced from the air inlet air passage 16 connected to the front wall of the device main body 10 is taken into the filter 14 to collect dust. The dust-removed air is discharged from an air outlet air passage 18 provided on the rear wall of the main body 10.

Here, the number of bag-shaped filters 14 to be installed is required to be at least the number corresponding to the air processing volume of the ventilation air conditioning equipment, and is determined by the rated air volume of one filter 14, but as mentioned above, the air processing volume is 100,000 m3. /h and the filter rated air volume is 3300m 3 /h, 31 or more pieces are required. If 5 stages x 7 rows are defined according to the external dimensions of the air passage of the device, substantially four of the squares of the mounting frame 12 will be redundant.
Therefore, in the embodiment, a damper 20 is attached to this extra square section to release the backflow pressure. That is, the filter mounting frame 12
A damper casing 22 is formed so as to be attachable to the square part of the damper casing 22, and damper blades 24 whose upper edges are hinged are attached to the casing 22 in two upper and lower stages. The damper blade 24 does not open to the leeward side during normal operation,
Appropriate stoppers are installed so that it can only be opened on the windward side. Each damper blade 24 is equipped with a counterweight 26 so that when the pressure on the leeward side of the damper 20 becomes greater than that on the windward side, the damper blade 24 can be easily opened by the backflow wind.
is installed. The counterweight 26 is provided at the tip of an arm 28 extending from the hinge side to the air outlet air passage 18 side when the damper blade 24 is closed, and is balanced with the weight of the blade, and can be easily opened when backflow air occurs. It is becoming.

According to such a bag-shaped filter device, when the ventilation air conditioning equipment is in operation, air enters the device main body 10 from the inlet air duct 16, passes through the plurality of bag-shaped filters 14, is dust-removed, and then exits at the outlet. It is discharged from the air duct 18. At this time, the damper 20 is in a closed state, and the number of filters corresponding to the amount of air to be processed is secured, so there is no problem in operation. Next, when the ventilation and air conditioning equipment is stopped,
Since air no longer flows in from the inlet air duct 16, the bag-shaped filter 14 contracts from its expanded state and begins to hang down, causing a phenomenon in which the air that was previously flowing is pushed back in the opposite direction. The damper blades 24 of the damper 20 are opened by the pressure, and the pressure is released. As a result,
The backflow air does not apply a large pressure to the bag-shaped filter 14 or its mounting frame 12, and there is no risk of damage to them.

According to the above embodiment, as a result of the conventional device considering only the normal air flow direction, backflow and
It is possible to improve the problem of damage to filters and frames due to back pressure, and in particular, it can improve the problem of filter damage that occurs when ventilation air conditioning equipment is operated with a spare unit installed. This will be an effective countermeasure.

Note that in the above embodiment, a counterweight 26 is provided on the damper blade 24 so that the opening operation of the damper 20 is effectively performed during backflow wind, but the opening operation can be easily performed by reducing the weight of the damper blade 24. A configuration in which the counterweight 26 is omitted may also be used.

As explained above, according to the present invention, by using the extra space of the filter mounting frame to provide a pressure relief damper due to backflow air, temporarily high backflow pressure that occurs when the operation is stopped, etc. This provides an excellent effect of preventing the bag-shaped filter and the mounting frame 12 from being damaged.
