BACKGROUND ART A conventional laser photoreactor has a configuration as shown in FIG. 2, for example. In Fig. 2, 11 is the reactor main body, 12 is a reflecting mirror, 13 is a raw material inlet, 14 is a light introduction port, 15 is a laser beam, 1
6 is a raw material outlet. That is, the reactor main body 11
A reflecting mirror 12 is disposed inside the reactor, and the reactant before laser beam irradiation is introduced through the raw material inlet 13. and,
Laser light 15 is introduced from the light introduction port 14, and the laser light 15 is directed along the reactor body 11 by the reflecting mirror 12.
The light is reflected and irradiated onto the reactant to cause a chemical reaction. The reactants exit from the raw material outlet 16.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention As mentioned above, the conventional laser photoreactor has a reflecting mirror 12 at each corner of the flow path, so there is a problem that maintenance thereof is very difficult. In addition, since the flow of the reactant is a single path and the laser beam 15 is irradiated in the direction of the flow, in the case of a reactant with good light absorption, for example, 95% of the light can be absorbed by a length of 1 m. In the case of a reactant that absorbs , the laser beam 15 reaches only the vicinity of the light introduction port 14 . Therefore, there is a problem that even if the reflecting mirror 12 is installed to make the channel longer and make it straight, the efficiency does not increase accordingly. The present invention aims to solve these problems.

Effect Since the flow path of the reactant is in a zigzag shape, the flow path is substantially long even with a relatively small installation area, and the laser light passes through a highly transparent material with little loss. , the reactants are effectively irradiated.

Embodiment FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a reactor main body, 2 is a raw material inlet through which reactants flow in before irradiation with laser light, and 3 is a raw material outlet through which reactants flow out after irradiation with laser light;
4 is a zigzag-shaped channel through which the raw material flows continuously from the raw material inlet 2 to the raw material outlet 3; 5 is a partition wall forming the zigzag-shaped channel 4; and 6 is irradiated from the outside. Laser light 7 is auxiliary light. In addition, in this embodiment, the reactor main body 1
The whole is made of a material with high light transmittance such as quartz glass, but at least the part of the flow path 4 that is irradiated with the laser beam 6 from the outside and the partition wall 5 are made of a material with high light transmittance such as quartz glass. It may be of any material.

In the zigzag laser reactor configured as shown in Figure 1, the reactants (liquid, slurry, gas, solid-liquid state including suspended state, gas-solid state, gas-liquid state) before laser light irradiation are used. ) flows in from the raw material inlet and flows through the channel 4 in a zigzag pattern. Then, the reactant is irradiated with laser light 6, and in this embodiment, auxiliary light 7 such as other laser light, sunlight, lamp light, etc. is also irradiated, and the reactant receives these lights. The photochemical reaction progresses until it is completed and the raw material flows out from the raw material outlet 3.

In the above explanation, the case of continuous type operation was described, but in the case of batch type operation, first, the raw material outlet 3 is closed, the reactant flows in from the raw material inlet 2 and is stored in the flow path 4, Next, the laser beam 6 is irradiated for a predetermined period of time, and after the chemical reaction is completed, the raw material outlet 3 is opened to take out the reactant.

Effects of the invention In the present invention, since the flow path of the reactant is partitioned into a zigzag shape by a partition wall, the flow path becomes substantially long even with a relatively small installation area, and
Since the laser beam is not very long in the irradiation direction, the reactant is irradiated almost uniformly. Further, since at least the portion of the reactor body that is irradiated with laser light from the outside and the portion through which the laser light is transmitted are made of a material with high light transmittance, loss of laser light is significantly reduced. Therefore, even if the reaction time of the reactant is long, or even if the laser beam is absorbed to some extent, it is possible to cause the photochemical reaction to occur effectively without any problem.
