即ち、第1図、第3図、第4図において、加工中
の前の割箸材料ロの未加工部分が減少して上下動
自在な可動ローラー103′から外れると、この
ローラーが下動し、不図示のタイマーと共に割箸
加工装置1のモーター(不図示)に電気的接続
(直列に接続)したマイクロスイツチ103″が開
らいてモーターを停止せしめ、割箸加工装置1の
駆動を止めるが、後の割箸材料を可動ローラー1
03′の下側に差込んで該ローラーに触れさせて
上動せしめると、タイマーに予めセツトした僅か
な時分(可動ローラーの下側に差込んだ後の割箸
材料の差込端部が、前の割箸材料の未加工部の末
端を押すまでの僅かな時分)が経過した時点で割
箸加工装置1を駆動せしめ、前後の割箸材料を無
駄なく連続裁断せしめるための制御装置である。
仕分車2は、第5図示の如く円盤の周縁に多数の
爪201を製品イの移乗側に傾斜形成せしめ、か
つ該爪間の挾溝3の幅寸法wを製品イの幅広部の
幅寸法よりも短寸に形成することにより、製品イ
が挾まらない寸法に形成して構成し、左右一対を
割箸加工装置1の製品搬出側端部に回転自在に配
設する。仕分車2の爪201の傾斜方向は、割箸
加工装置1から搬送されてくる製品イの移乗側で
あつて、仕分車2の反回転方向であり、多数の爪
201を傾斜形成せしめることによつて、挾溝3
を爪201と同方向に傾斜凹設する。挾溝3は、
製品イの移乗側に傾斜凹設され、かつ製品イが挾
まらない幅寸法wに形成されるをもつて、製品イ
は移乗側と反対側へ回つてきた時に遠心力で飛ば
され、製品イよりも幅狭い一本箸や切欠品などの
不良品イ′は挾溝3に挾まれて回り、不良品イ′を
挾んでいる爪201が鉛直方向を向いた時に初め
て落下する。かくして、製品イと不良品イ′とを
