なつている。 Generally, wing panels are used for freight vehicles such as freight cars, and have an L-shape, more specifically, an inverted L-shape, in vertical cross section, and are rotatable on a pivot extending longitudinally above the loading platform. A set of two covers the upper and both sides of the cargo loading space on the loading platform. By rotating this wing panel upward, the sides of the cargo platform can be opened.

In particular, one worker uses a riveting gun and the other worker uses a riveting gun to attach the sheets. It is made by attaching the wing panel using a riveting process in which rivets are caulked from both sides of the wing panel (hereinafter referred to as double-sided riveting process).

て作業性が良くない。 However, as freight vehicles become larger, larger wing panels are required, and therefore a great deal of effort, time, and expense are required to manufacture and transport the L-shaped integrated wing panels. Furthermore, when a frame with an L-shaped cross section is manufactured by welding, the finishing accuracy is poor and the appearance is poor. Furthermore, the work of driving rivets on both sides of a frame with an L-shaped cross section is troublesome and does not have good work efficiency.

Wing panels have been proposed with flared side sheets and corner members extending between the frames over the corner portions between the top sheet and the side sheets, these components being individually manufactured as separate pieces. and then fixed to each other.

作業が必要である、などの問題がある。 However, although this fixation can be achieved at the site where it is installed on the freight vehicle, it is difficult to fix the L-shaped frame and the corner members perpendicular to it, and according to the above publication,
After a protrusion is provided on the bent portion of the frame and is fitted into the hollow portion of the corner member, a suitable fixing means is used to further fix the protrusion between the protrusions. Furthermore, it is necessary to fit the top sheet and the side sheets into the framework made up of the frame and corner members fixed to each other in this way and fix them to the framework, which requires a troublesome and difficult fixing work. There are problems such as.

Since it is a structure in which the timbers and pillars are fixed together, drilling holes, riveting on both sides, and welding are necessary to achieve this fixation, and a structure that is drilled and caulked with rivets will not last for many years of use. This caused water to enter through the rivet holes, and required many man-hours to seal the rivet holes during manufacturing.

A technique has been disclosed in which a locked portion is provided, and when these two panels are connected, a connecting block is inserted into the connecting space in a temporarily connected state to connect the two panels.

合である。 However, with this conventional technology, although it is possible to omit the troublesome and difficult work such as drilling holes and driving rivets on both sides as in connection methods using double-sided rivets or screws, it is difficult to connect the two panels in a temporarily joined state. In addition to requiring work to insert a separate plug-in connecting block into the connector, it is also necessary to prepare a separate plug-in connecting block with a taper for expanding the connecting legs, which increases work man-hours and parts costs. There's a problem. Moreover, in this prior art, the flat plate part of the panel itself has a two-plate structure, which increases the weight, which is a problem for wing panels that need to be lightweight.
