(Prior art) Conventionally, the main body of the fountain device is submerged in water with the tip of the nozzle protruding above the water surface, so that the main body of the fountain device is suspended in water using a levitation float, and the main body of the fountain device is controlled by a mooring device against fluctuations in water level. A floating fountain device was used in which the fountain device was moored so as to be able to follow the water, and the main body of the fountain device was maintained in a fixed posture using a float for attitude control (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-95365).

However, with this type of fountain device, the installation location of the fountain device itself is limited, and since it is suspended using a large-scale float, it is difficult to install it in a shallow place, and the float and mooring device are difficult to install. However, since equipment other than the fountain device itself is expensive, it is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

Therefore, the present application is to develop a fountain device that raises and lowers the nozzle in response to changes in water level, is not subject to restrictions on installation location, can be installed in relatively shallow water locations, and is advantageous in terms of cost. It has been proposed by the applicant (U.S. Pat.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) This fountain device is a bottomed vertically extending exterior that is liquid-tightly equipped with a nozzle tube with a nozzle attached to its upper end and a cylinder device that raises and lowers the nozzle tube according to fluctuations in water level. It has a cylinder, and is configured to eject fountain water supplied to the outer cylinder from a nozzle through the nozzle cylinder, and is installed in a pit dug at the bottom of the water.

By the way, the fountain device forms a pit after draining an area surrounded by sheet piles, sandbags, etc.
It is installed in this pit. That is, the fountain device is installed by fixing the upper part of the fountain device to the pit with bolts, or by fixing the flange provided at the bottom of the outer cylinder with bolts to the bottom of the pit. Ru.

However, with the installation means for fixing the upper part of the fountain device by tightening bolts, since the outer cylinder is vertically elongated, the lower part has a large degree of freedom and the installation state is unstable, resulting in poor reliability. On the other hand, the installation method in which the flange provided at the bottom of the outer cylinder is bolted to the bottom of the pit has better stability and reliability than the installation method in which the upper part of the fountain device is secured by bolts. However, the problem is that it is extremely difficult to remove the fountain device underwater for maintenance and to reinstall it in a properly centered state underwater after maintenance.

16 is a water supply pipe for supplying water for the fountain;
The water pumped by the pump is sent inside through the circumferential wall of the upper body part 41 of the outer cylinder 4.
The water sent into the nozzle tube 5 flows into the nozzle tube 5 through a plurality of through holes 5A formed in the peripheral wall of the nozzle tube 5, and is ejected from the nozzle 14. 17, 18 in the figure
is a hydraulic piping, which controls a hydraulic pump unit (not shown) according to changes in the water level detected by a water level detection device (not shown), and when the water level rises, it controls the amount of rise in the water level. Accordingly, the oil is guided from the hydraulic piping 17 to the cylinder lower chamber to push up the piston rod 6A and the nozzle tube 5, and when the water level falls, oil is guided from the hydraulic piping 18 to the cylinder upper chamber according to the amount of drop in the water level and the piston rod is pushed up. 6A and the nozzle tube 5 are pushed down.

On the other hand, when the fountain device is to be removed for maintenance or the like, it is sufficient to remove the mounting bolts 11 using a manual tool such as a box spanner to release the fixation of the base plate 8, and then lift it up.
This removal work of the mounting bolt 11 can be carried out very easily underwater regardless of the depth of the water. When reinstalling after maintenance, the outer cylinder 4 is suspended through the center hole 10A of the sole plate 10, and the base 8A of the base plate 8 is fitted into the center hole 10A of the sole plate 10.
By fitting the male tapered portion 3 of the catch seat 2 into the female tapered portion 7, centering is automatically performed underwater, and then the mounting bolt 11 is tightened using the hand tool. This tightening work of the mounting bolts 11 can be carried out extremely easily underwater regardless of the depth of the water.
