具１３を、十字操作における縦操作方向と横操作
方向の双方に直交する方向の軸心Ｐ周りに回動自
在、かつ、該軸心Ｐ方向への移動が規制された状
態で前記カバー部材Ａに内装される支持台１６に
固定するとともに、この支持台１６の外周に設け
た該支持台回動操作用の作用部Ｄを、前記カバー
部材Ａに形成した操作具回動方向に長いスリツト
２７を通して前記カバー部材Ａの外部から移動操
作可能に構成し、かつ、前記支持台１６が９０°
回動移動された状態と元の位置に復帰した状態と
の夫々の状態で該支持台１６の回動移動を阻止す
る係止機構Ｂを、前記スリツト２７を介して前記
カバー部材Ａの外部より係脱操作可能に設けてあ
