Claims (1)
- バツキングロールを巻回走行する基紙面に塗布
された塗液の膜厚を制御する金属薄板よりなるブ
レードにおいて、同ブレードの先端部に、真空蒸
着などの膜形成とイオン注入を同時に行なうダイ
ナミツクミキシング法により、金属との密着性が
強く、かつ硬度の高い硬化薄膜層を形成してなる
ことを特徴とするコータブレード。
