  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 洗浄用溶剤をポンプにより強制的に循環さ
    せて、ライン内に残留あるいは付着した流動体を
    洗浄する洗浄装置であつて、循環させて回収した
    洗浄用溶剤を貯溜し、不溶性の物質を沈殿させて
    きれいな洗浄用溶剤に再生する貯溜槽を複数設け
    たことを特徴とした洗浄装置。 (2) ライン内に残留した流動体をブローするエ
    アー供給用のコンプレツサーを備えたことを特徴
    とする請求項１記載の洗浄装置。
